About The Author
L.J. Sealey was born and raised in a little Welsh town by the sea. It rains a lot, so she often has a great excuse to sit at her writing desk and while away the hours at her laptop.
She still lives in N.Wales and when she’s not travelling around the country working with her husband – who is a professional singer – or singing backup vocals herself, she likes to read and watch her favourite TV shows which normally includes plenty of CSI, The Vampire Diaries and endless amounts of sitcoms.
Being addicted to reading about vampires, demons, shifters and angels, she has always had a thing for all things paranormal and is a big sucker for impossible love stories. So it was inevitable that when she started writing herself she would mix the two together.

The Full Synopsis For ‘Evo’ Is Here!
Hi everyone. I know, I know, it’s been a while since I posted, and I’m working on sorting that out. I promise. I’ve been really rather busy over the last few months, with work, home life, and of course, writing my next book.
In case any of you might have missed the news from a while back, the next book I’ll be releasing is titled Evo, and is a tie-in novel to the Divine Hunter series, which will be book one in the Divine Hunter World novels. These books will focus on the much loved characters, and friends of Michael and Lacy, and I’m super sure you don’t need me to explain who the first book is about.
Well, to apologise for my absence I have a little something for you: the full synopsis for EVO – A Divine Hunter World Novel.
The cover will hopefully follow shortly. I’m almost happy with it. A few more tweaks and I can reveal it. I can’t wait!

An Interview With Book Chick City
Awaken is about two individuals: Lacy, who discovers that there are things that exist that she couldn’t have ever believed if she hadn’t witnessed the impossible with her own eyes; and Michael who, After tragic circumstances and being on his own for almost a year trying to deal with things he can’t explain, discovers things about himself that he thought were no longer possible. They come together in a story about good virsus evil, self discovery and about finding love in almost impossible circumstances.
Tell us a bit more about the hero/heroine in Awaken
Michael Warden isn’t the same anymore. He’s a far cry from the confident, successful businessman that he was. Now, instead of negotiating business deals with corporate companies he’s on the hunt for whoever, or whatever, is responsible for his tragic circumstances. He’s had no choice but to adapt to survive.
How did you research Awaken?
There honestly wasn’t much for me to do for Awaken but what I did research I just did on the internet. I wish I could give you a much more glamorous answer, like how I travelled around a number of exotic countries and how I lived in the wilderness for three months, but unfortunately I can’t. Though, I am quite glad I didn’t do that last one! Who knows where my books might take me in the future though.
Is Awaken the first in a series or a stand alone novel?
It’s the first in a series. I felt that there was too much to Michael and Lacy’s story to cram into just one book and felt that a series was the best way to tell it.
When and where is your favourite time/place to write?
I don’t really have a favourite time to write. I have a lot of spare time with my job so I can write during the day or night, sometimes day and night! But my favourite place is at home in my writing room. When I’m in there, I’m left completely alone for however long I need to be.
When did you decide to become a writer?
To be honest it wasn’t something I thought about doing until about 6 or 7 years ago even though I’ve been an avid reader for a long time. After a job change, I suddenly had some spare time on my hands and from nowhere this idea for a story kept niggling at me. I couldn’t ignore it anymore so I sat down in front of my laptop and before I knew it, the little idea had suddenly grown into something that I just had to finish. And that was it. I was hooked.
