Today I wanna talk about how to successfully pivot in your business!
What I mean by that is if you wanna change your business or product names, the way you implement strategies, changes to your team etc etc.
I’ve been online for 16 years and I have made changes A LOT!
I used to call everything “Goddess…”, I had a part time VA, then upsized to 25+ full time staff, then back down to a part time VA.
I even dabbled in network marketing for a few years, as a fun experiment!
And with every change I’ve made, peeps have been super supportive and excited for me.
I think that’s because they understood why the changes were being made, and I made sure to communicate and answer questions as we went along.

Thirdly, don’t try and do all the social medias out there! You’ll burnout quick.
PLUS! How are you going to batch create and schedule your posts so it’s not taking up all your time?
Social media isn’t your job! It’s one piece of the marketing puzzle (if you choose to do it!)

My darlings,
Success to me is that I have been with my husband for nearly 20 years.
We’ve created a loving, stable partnership and a really creative and gentle home life for my kids.
I’ve been a really present mum; I am not someone who has hustled at the expense of my family.
It’s why I’ve worked only 10 hours a week. I continue to turn up and share my gifts.
I haven’t abandoned myself in that process.
I have continued to befriend and adore myself through it.
I feel wildly lucky and blessed.
At the end of it all, I know these are things I’ll be most proud of.
