In addition, eight out of every ten bank workers in Nigeria, when interviewed, said they are on the wrong job. They want to quit and do something else. They said God did not create them to live a caged life. Many employees, company executives, and leaders of reputable organizations are consumed by restlessness, fatigue and confusion caused by not knowing the right business to invest in. They asked themselves quizzically: “What would be our fate, when retirement, redundancy or sack knock suddenly at our doors?” Teenagers are confused about what career to choose. Candidates seeking admission into higher institution are more perplexed because of the danger of choosing careers that do not match their destiny or what God designed them to do so as to fulfill their life purpose.Parents selfishly or unwisely influence the choice of career for their children due to myopic reasoning, with their children left to suffer from such evil decisions in the near future.Unemployment abounds everywhere. Most of the unemployed remains in that hopeless condition because, when opportunity to be self-reliant come their way, they invest the hard earn resources on business which God did not endorse before they were born. So they become victims of wrong choice of business and wrong destiny. High-income earners across the world are not spared in the inferno. They Keep biting their fingers as they continue to loose ridiculously large sums of money to fitness centers operators because of their ever increasing stress level and hypertension, which are caused by living a depressed life unfriendly to their destiny. This denies them inner peace and job satisfaction. They keep working in an environment where their hearts are telling them to leave, and begin what God wired them to do.Of course, the word ‘JOB’ is a misnomer. It is an English word. It is alien to man creation, and so, it is not found in the Bible. It is devil that brought the concept of ‘cutting job’ to mankind. People are living on jobs rather than work. By divine order, God expects man to locate his niche and work, not to cut jobs, not to be prostituting on jobs for life. Life problems are real. But most of the problems are connected to people not knowing their destiny. The solution to this agonizing upheaval is simple. People must stop a life of putting square pegs in round holes, a life of trial by error. They should learn to live their life by design and not by default. The right thing must be done first. People have to, of necessity; go on the first journey needed for them to live a blessed life. I call this: ’the journey of discovering whom you are, whom God made you to be, your make - up, and your shape’. This becomes mandatory for you, so as to avoid using your ego to navigate through life and do that wrong thing called ‘job’. Many workers are sad when dressing up for work in the morning. This ought not to be so. Every Friday, Nigerian workers will say, “Thank God it is Friday” This is because they are working without their heart in it. God prepared you for the work you will love, not that one that makes you to feel like a goat being taken to the slaughter.Your hands shaped me and made me.Job 10:8. Honestly speaking, problems faced by those who do not discover their destiny are avoidable., Every man on the surface of the earth has a destiny, work, career or mission to fulfill on earth. God created every man because of a particular problem He foreknew in the generation He sent him to, which He has equipped him beforehand, to handle efficiently. To this end, every man has a garden of all sufficiency, similar to the Garden of Eden, which God expect him to simply dress and keep without sweat.  God’s word says:And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethrenMoreover whom He predestined, these He also called…Rom 8:28-30. So, God created you to be leader in your own garden, a place where when you talk, heaven will command people to hear you, even presidents of nations will be compelled to listen to you. This is God’s plan for you, which is embedded in a mystery called Destiny. Your destiny is a mystery because when Christ spoke to the spirit that resulted in your DNA you were not there. So unless you choose to be wise by the Spirit of God, and use appropriate tools to discover your destiny, you will just be running other people’s destiny and continue to weep all night. Maybe you forgot that God created you to have dominion, how come you are now under dominion. God forbid! The devil is a liar and must be exposed concerning your destiny once and for all today. God predestined you and called you for a purpose, therefore, you are destined to shine. The greatness of a man is measured by the magnitude of his star at childbirth. God signaled the birth of Jesus to the wise men through a special star. The star was so glorious and spectacular that it led the wise men to where Jesus was. And what did the wise men do when they got to Jesus? They blessed Him with their substance, in accordance with what God said in His word, “the gift of a man makes way for him”. The wise men did this because they knew that the little Jesus was a gift from God. So they had to bless Jesus before Jesus will be physically mature enough to recompense them.Beloved, until you know who you are, the door to real success will not be open unto you. Just being wealthy is not success. Success is doing what God designed you to do. Joseph said:“Behold the sun and the moon and the star bowed down to me”. The prayer of a good father is that God should prosper his children more than him. That was why Solomon’s blessing was so great. So Joseph knew how mighty God designed him to be, of course, his star was mightier and more radiant than all the members of his family put together.Your blessings will come through your gift. Joseph was blessed through his gift. Therefore, to become who God designed you to be or who God made you to be; you must discover your divine destiny.You are human be not human do. God made you to matter. Now, ask yourself, What is God’s will and plan for me? It is in His word: Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.3 John 2 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.Jer 29:11 God wants you to live happily on earth and make heaven. There were a couple of great points that really resonated with me in Surprise healing - "healing is a special grace from God. By grace I mean unmerited favour for every man whome he created with a divine assignment on earth waiting for execution."

Although all have sinned, God wants to give everyone his grace - he wants us to be healed. I love that Ojute points out that sickness isn't anybody's fault except the devil. God can overcome this.

Another thing that was pointed out is that when we do something to help a sick society, we shouldn't be seeking accolades - "When you... give anything to anyone, you are a steward of God's resources, no credit goes to you as you're only doing what God created you to do - an unprofitable service investing in life after death - that's all." This really spoke to me.

If you're battling with a sickness that won't go away, Surprise Healing is well worth healing to find out about many accounts where Jesus healed and how you can seek out this healing.Comment |

As such, it is a book that WANTS to be read.

One of my favorite passages is "Tough times never last but people who are touch in Christ do." This is indeed a healing sentence when you look at sick people who have given up. At times these illnesses are self inflicted by lack of faith.

If you carry an affliction of any type this book helps you to reach out to the one true healer. It not only shows you the types of sicknesses but it helps you find your path to healing.Comment |

I really related to this book because I have a Crohnic disease (Chron's disease). I found out through Bible quotes and Authors suggestions, how I can manage my disease with confidence and acceptance. How through my spirituality I can minimize my pain and ease my suffering. For anyone who is suffering illness either of the body or the mind , this book will help and let you know you are not alone in your daily struggles and that God will help you in your time of need.Comment |

Many employees, company executives, and leaders of reputable organizations are consumed by restlessness, fatigue and confusion caused by not knowing the right business to invest in. They asked themselves quizzically: “What would be our fate, when retirement, redundancy or sack knock suddenly at our doors?” Teenagers are confused about what career to choose. Candidates seeking admission into higher institution are more perplexed because of the danger of choosing careers that do not match their destiny or what God designed them to do so as to fulfill their life purpose.Parents selfishly or unwisely influence the choice of career for their children due to myopic reasoning, with their children left to suffer from such evil decisions in the near future.Unemployment abounds everywhere. They keep working in an environment where their hearts are telling them to leave, and begin what God wired them to do.Of course, the word ‘JOB’ is a misnomer. It is an English word. It is alien to man creation, and so, it is not found in the Bible. It is devil that brought the concept of ‘cutting job’ to mankind. People are living on jobs rather than work. By divine order, God expects man to locate his niche and work, not to cut jobs, not to be prostituting on jobs for life. Life problems are real. But most of the problems are connected to people not knowing their destiny. The solution to this agonizing upheaval is simple. People must stop a life of putting square pegs in round holes, a life of trial by error. They should learn to live their life by design and not by default. The right thing must be done first. People have to, of necessity; go on the first journey needed for them to live a blessed life. I call this: ’the journey of discovering whom you are, whom God made you to be, your make - up, and your shape’. This becomes mandatory for you, so as to avoid using your ego to navigate through life and do that wrong thing called ‘job’. Many workers are sad when dressing up for work in the morning. This ought not to be so. Every Friday, Nigerian workers will say, “Thank God it is Friday” This is because they are working without their heart in it. God prepared you for the work you will love, not that one that makes you to feel like a goat being taken to the slaughter.Your hands shaped me and made me.Job 10:8. Honestly speaking, problems faced by those who do not discover their destiny are avoidable., Every man on the surface of the earth has a destiny, work, career or mission to fulfill on earth. God created every man because of a particular problem He foreknew in the generation He sent him to, which He has equipped him beforehand, to handle efficiently. To this end, every man has a garden of all sufficiency, similar to the Garden of Eden, which God expect him to simply dress and keep without sweat.  God’s word says:And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called…Rom 8:28-30. So, God created you to be leader in your own garden, a place where when you talk, heaven will command people to hear you, even presidents of nations will be compelled to listen to you. This is God’s plan for you, which is embedded in a mystery called Destiny. Your destiny is a mystery because when Christ spoke to the spirit that resulted in your DNA you were not there. So unless you choose to be wise by the Spirit of God, and use appropriate tools to discover your destiny, you will just be running other people’s destiny and continue to weep all night. Maybe you forgot that God created you to have dominion, how come you are now under dominion. God forbid! The devil is a liar and must be exposed concerning your destiny once and for all today. God predestined you and called you for a purpose, therefore, you are destined to shine. The greatness of a man is measured by the magnitude of his star at childbirth. God signaled the birth of Jesus to the wise men through a special star. The star was so glorious and spectacular that it led the wise men to where Jesus was. And what did the wise men do when they got to Jesus? They blessed Him with their substance, in accordance with what God said in His word, “the gift of a man makes way for him”. The wise men did this because they knew that the little Jesus was a gift from God. So they had to bless Jesus before Jesus will be physically mature enough to recompense them.Beloved, until you know who you are, the door to real success will not be open unto you. Just being wealthy is not success. Success is doing what God designed you to do. Joseph said:“Behold the sun and the moon and the star bowed down to me”. The prayer of a good father is that God should prosper his children more than him. That was why Solomon’s blessing was so great. So Joseph knew how mighty God designed him to be, of course, his star was mightier and more radiant than all the members of his family put together.Your blessings will come through your gift. Joseph was blessed through his gift. Therefore, to become who God designed you to be or who God made you to be; you must discover your divine destiny.You are human be not human do. There were a couple of great points that really resonated with me in Surprise healing - "healing is a special grace from God. By grace I mean unmerited favour for every man whome he created with a divine assignment on earth waiting for execution."

Although all have sinned, God wants to give everyone his grace - he wants us to be healed. I love that Ojute points out that sickness isn't anybody's fault except the devil. God can overcome this.

Another thing that was pointed out is that when we do something to help a sick society, we shouldn't be seeking accolades - "When you... give anything to anyone, you are a steward of God's resources, no credit goes to you as you're only doing what God created you to do - an unprofitable service investing in life after death - that's all." This really spoke to me.

If you're battling with a sickness that won't go away, Surprise Healing is well worth healing to find out about many accounts where Jesus healed and how you can seek out this healing.Comment |

One of my favorite passages is "Tough times never last but people who are touch in Christ do." This is indeed a healing sentence when you look at sick people who have given up. At times these illnesses are self inflicted by lack of faith.

If you carry an affliction of any type this book helps you to reach out to the one true healer. It not only shows you the types of sicknesses but it helps you find your path to healing.Comment |

I really related to this book because I have a Crohnic disease (Chron's disease). I found out through Bible quotes and Authors suggestions, how I can manage my disease with confidence and acceptance. How through my spirituality I can minimize my pain and ease my suffering. For anyone who is suffering illness either of the body or the mind , this book will help and let you know you are not alone in your daily struggles and that God will help you in your time of need.Comment |

This book narrates the story of a boy whose pregnancy was unplanned by his parents (John and Aisha), who were in their teens and not married. It tells of the troubles due to the fact that John and Aisha’s parents were of Muslim and Christian faith. It also tells of Tolu's life from birth to adulthood in unfriendly environments.

We learn of the deformities Tolu was born with, believed to be caused by the different faiths of his parents as a punishment. We also watch the struggles his parents face, and obstacles in life that Tolu faces as well. He is faced with the fact he was born of teen (unwed) parents, he has psychical deformities as well as learning difficulties. We see him grow into a young man and boldly face these challenges to become successful in life..

A fast paced short story. I found this book quiet interesting, unique and very true in life. I loved watching Tolu overcome his struggles in life. I strongly recommend to readers of all genres.

Most people believe that prayer is the only spiritual exercise a person can engage in when in helpless situation and become healed or get any problem, be it financial, unemployment, marital, social, etc. solved in life. Painfully too, such prayers are often carried out in a way that is capable of taking life out such individual. Bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come (1 Tim 4:8).

Physical warfare rather than spiritual warfare worsens the health condition of any seriously sick person. Another belief in some quarters is that prayer must be highly audible and compete with noise, with a lot of gymnastic before God will hear and pour His healing and miracle upon his creation. Little did they know that God hears the least whisper and hidden meditation in the heart! I’ve had instances of people who are seriously sick, with such illness compounded by acute anemia and dehydration, being misled into engaging in energy sapping prayers, and untailored fasting, who died in the process!

What is prayer? Prayer is any approved way of communication between self and God, your Creator. There is no gainsaying; God who created the universe is ubiquitous and all knowing. He has the detailed chronicle of every man. Scripture says Christ knew all men and needed no one to testify of man (John 2:25). Most prayers are often done amiss. The most saints on earth fall victim of this. The Bible calls this an infirmity.

If communication is the keyword in prayer, but interestingly, then, prayer is not limited to opening and closing of the mouth as is the norm. Apostle Paul cited giving as communications which God cherish a lot.

When a man's way pleases God, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him (Prov 16:7). But your principal enemy is Satan, every theft, destructions, and killings in life are orchestrated by him (Acts 10:38). As your way pleases God, deliverance comes into your life, you enjoy full restoration and possess your possession. (Obad 17).

The key to getting from God is doing what pleases God. Unfortunately, what pleases God most times is seen as waste or foolishness to many because it seems unprofitable in the physical.

To get the miracle that will take you out of any problems, God request that you do what would please Him, and not yourself. God will not take you out of your predicament for doing things that pleases you, but because of your concern in pleasing him.

The solution to your problems ‘Miracle’ is a derived demand from those things that are within your power to do pleasing God. What do I mean? One of the keys is giving away some of the treasures that matters to you. This is just an insight into this great book, I need to reserve the rest for you to discover as you read along.

"Come now, and let us reason together, Says the LORD, If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land” (Isa 1:18-19)

In this book, I will be sharing with you twenty – one proven keys that will open all doors to your miracles no matter how stubborn those problems proved to be.
Life is all about giving, start reading now. I see you saying, “Lord, thank you” when you are through.

Part 1 - Helpless Situations
Chapter 1 - Bent Together
Helpless situations are broken, painful times, and circumstances you find yourself when you are down to nothing. Most times, it is when you are faced with life threatening problems which tend to be beyond your control. Sudden loss of job without any prospects of replacement, sickness or illness that the sufferer is doubtful of imminent healing or full restoration, shattered relationship with no expectations of forgiveness and reconciliation, and financial loss with no hope of recovery, are all instances of helpless situations. In each of these embarrassing situations, it takes only God’s healing touch for sufferers to regain freedom.

Though the primary purpose of this book is to rescue those suffering from sicknesses, illness and diseases, the secondary objective is to apply the principles taught in solving all other problems relating to family life, relationships, jobs, business and other areas not mentioned. In this light, I will like to share with you few stories about people who found themselves in helpless situations, and were delivered.
Woman With Hemorrhage

In Mark 5:25-26, a woman was said have suffered blood loss for twelve years, a condition that sapped her, made her socially and ritually unclean. She had visited many doctors, healers, and quacks, but none was able to give her any relief. Moreover, she spent a lot of money in the process, because to her what mattered most was to regain her health.

Come to think of it, it is most likely that the hemorrhage caught up with her even before she was ripe enough to discover her destiny and begin a life of significance. Perhaps you want to ask me, “Why think so?” Her name was in the cooler, she was simply described as a ‘certain woman’.

Mark 5:25-26
And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, and had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse.

This woman might have been riding on Sport utility vehicles before her illness started, but by priority had to mortgage all her investment, live in penury and walked about bear-footed.
Beloved I don’t know if you’ve been there before. Maybe you’re thirty years of age now and you gave the sparkling record of never having fall sick, then the teachings in this book may not be fore you. But I must tell you, even at that age if you refuse to be honest to yourself and say you’ve never been sick before, certainly as a child, when you were yet to be conscious of your existence on earth, those who nursed you will tell you in strict confidence that you’ve been there. What’s my target here? I’m trying to reiterate what Christ said that, “They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick” (Mark 2:17).

Please, get me right. I’m not saying that those who are well have no need of regularly medical check-ups. However, what I want to emphasize here is that a relatively healthy person never thought for a microsecond that he could fall sick anyway, until all of a sudden a symptom shows up in the dark.

Sickness is like a case, whether criminal or otherwise which no one on earth ever pray to have, but when it comes his way, he would do anything to ensure that he doesn’t lose it. Yes, no man on earth wants to be sick or attacked by any form of disease, but it’s inevitable. Sicknesses are carrier of spirit of paralysis which specializes in incapacitating its victim’s body and soul. Maybe you want to ask me, Moses, why do you exempt human spirit?

Beautiful! The spirit of man is the kindle of God in the heart. It’s God’s representation in a man, an exclusive property that is under His influence. I see God warn Satan severally concerning man’s spirit, “Danger zone keep off, if you trespass, you will be prosecuted”.
So, your body and soul – wills, imagination, emotions may be held captive by invading Satan and his numerous demons, but your spirit is not an easy crack for him. That’s why most people that sickness or illness claimed their lives, are said to have allowed it through indecent confession knowingly or unknowingly asking death to take its toll on them. The devil must have deceived them that that is the only path to health!

Man At Bethesda
Jesus went up to Jerusalem:
John 5:2-7
Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches. In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water. For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had. And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years. When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole? The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.

There was a lame man who was among the crowd of sick people that lay on the porches of the pool of Bethesda (John 5:1-7). He suffered paralysis for thirty-eight years. At a stage, he found himself in an environment where it would be possible for him to be healed but the devil so afflicted him that such hope became a mirage.

Why? He needed an able-bodied person to carry him into the pool before any other sick person could enter inside. But this had been difficult since he found himself by the pool of Bethesda. His condition was made worse because he had a mind set that he wood never get his healing through the moving of the water. What he said to Jesus in Jn 5:7 confirm this: “The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me”. The paralyzed man seemed to be saying that his own case was the worst.

Empathetically, put yourself in the position of the man in question and feel the trauma he passed through. Definitely, he must have been brought to the pool by some relation or good Samaritan, who had to abandon him because of the harsh condition at the pool and the elongation of his illness. Yes, it looks abnormal to find the living among the dead. The number of visitors recorded by a sick person who is admitted in a given hospital diminishes geometrically as the patient stays longer in the hospital with little or no recovery.

About eight years ago, I lead a prayer team to pray for a very sick person somewhere in Akure, Nigeria. As soon as we started the prayer, the sick person decided to ‘do heavy’ on the floor – excreta, and the stench went straight into our nostrils and alimentary canal. The smell was worst than that of ammonia and rotten eggs put together. Beloved, as soon as my colleagues sensed the odour from the fasces, they stopped praying and left the room that same second while I continued until I had peace in my spirit that I have reached the point Holy Spirit wanted me to stop the prayer. After all, Jesus perceived a worst odour from the carcass of Lazarus before he summoned courage and raised him to life. So you can see, for so many reasons which are mostly selfish, only few people would like to keep company of the sick.

Woman Bent Together
Luke 13:11-13 gives a thrilling account of another woman who grew up to find herself in a helpless situation. This woman was said to have taken ill for the past eighteen years. He was so tormented by the devil that Luke reported that he was bowed together. New king James translation says “she was bent over and could in no way raise herself up”.

And behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up. But when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him and said to her, "Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity." And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God

My God! Do you know what it is for a fellow human being to be bent over? I don’t know if you’ve seen some beggars out there whose deformities match slightly into the one described above? The lateral view of people with this disability takes the shape of the compressed wheel of a car. Believe you me, most of those suffering from this type of ailment walk with their hands rather than legs, which God designed for such strenuous exercise.

He who feels it knows it. I tell you, it goes beyond sympathy for anyone to be able to describe or imagine accurately the agony such people pass through. You’ve got to be empathetic enough to assess their condition properly. It is even likely that one of the instrument of ministry or means of carrying out her divine assignment is her hand. But here she is, the devil has sent her hand on wrong assignment – walking, while her legs are suspended vertically upward without any function. What a hopeless situation and predicament the woman found herself, reduced to a nonentity in the society.

Worst still, some unlearned people would be bold enough and told her she was responsible for her predicament. They may even label her a witch and despise her without remorse. Yes, one of the areas this generation is good at is finding fault with people. Those who are relatively or temporarily healthy blame those who are sick for their anguish. An AIDS patient is stigmatized as if fornication is the only source through which a person can contact AIDS.

A Wrong Minded Man
Beloved, let’s look at another man who was recorded in the Bible to be in helpless situation. This man was held captive by Satan so fiercely that his medulla oblongata was distorted and was no longer conscious of life that he became a lunatic:

Lk 8:27,29:
As Jesus was climbing out of the boat, a man who was possessed by demons came out to meet him. For a long time he had been homeless and naked, living in a cemetery outside the town. This spirit had often taken control of the man. Even when he was placed under guard and put in chains and shackles, he simply broke them and rushed out into the wilderness, completely under the demon's power.

For the man to have become homeless, walked about naked and lived in cemetery outside the town, no further conviction would be needed for one to conclude that Satan had indeed plagued such person with spirit of madness, reduced him to naught and robbed him of his destiny.
Pondering on the second verse, the demons of affliction became so violent and aggressive that they induced the man to break chains and shackles when under them. Worst still, he was no longer in control of his life, heart and mouth, this was why demons spoke through him rather than himself, when Jesus demanded that they vacate their habitation. All this while he was in his wrong mind until the demons were cast out and later sat at the feet of Jesus in his right mind.

What of the stigma? Remember, after Jesus healed him, this celebrant was so happy that he volunteered to follow Jesus wherever he was going, but Jesus told him, “No go and tell your friends about your healing” Yeah! I was choked, so a madman has friends? Yes, he had many friends and relations when the going was good, when those people could suck his natural endowments him and benefited one thing or the other from him. But when the devil turned him180 degrees and diverted his destiny, his acquaintances catered for him for few days and were quick to desert him.
Unfortunately unlike Jesus, who was led into the wilderness by Holy Spirit, the man in Luke eight was led by Satan into a strange ecosystem – an environment popularly referred to as cemetery, communing with legions of demons

Frankly speaking, only you can handle the assignment God hascreated you to fulfill, as your own part of His universal destiny.  Despite this perfect plan of God that we should enjoy our stayon earth, the first sin crept in. This sin was passed on to you and I, andneeded redress. Hear it yourself:Rom 3:23For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of GodWhen Serpent made Adam and Eve to fall short of the glory ofGod, God drove them out of the Garden of Eden, and change their living status.Gen 2:7And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, andbreathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. Gen 3:23Therefore the LORD God sent him out of the Garden of Edento till the ground from which he was taken.Two things happened to Adam and Eve at this stage of theirlives. Firstly, they were removed from the environment that they understood,which was specially designed for them to receive God’s will on earth as it isin heaven – The life of comfort, success and fruitfulness. Secondly, Godreduced them to a living synonymous to carnivorous, that is, a life of tillingthe ground from which they were taken. Man tilling the ground from which he was taken is equivalentto, you and I, destroying or inflicting injury on our own bodies before we eatdaily. I am convinced; you know the great pain you will feel if you cut yourskin with razor repeatedly! I see living on jobs as consequence of Adam’s sin and theresultant effect of being thrown out of God’s radar.Now compare the work God planned for man originally: “Dressinga garden and keeping it” to  “Tillingthe ground from where he was taken”In your Secondary School days, or elsewhere, you must haveseen a Gardener. You discover that Gardeners never do any tedious job. Theywork with ease.  You hardly see agardener work under the sun. He may not even sweat while working, because hedoes not work under duress. He chooses when to do his work. The whole of hiswork is trimming of flowers or cutting of grasses, selectively, at his chosentime and discretion.You dare not compare his kind of work to that of a farmer or atree feller in the bush or a wheelbarrow pusher in a third world country homemarket.What am I saying? I mean Gods intention was not for us tosuffer or labour hard before we get our daily bread. God created food to dependon us, not we depend on food. What about that age-long mystery? It may please you to knowthat a mystery occurred when Adam and Eve left Eden, which continued to troubleman till today. When Adam and Eve were relieved of their original work ofdressing the garden and keeping it – their divine assignment and mission onearth, they were taking off balance. Consequently, their names were no longerfound in the employment list of God and the devil decided to enlist them in theworld labour market. In this state, they had to depend on their head, faultythoughts, and satanic leading for survival. And the best Satan could offer themwas job instead of work. This is how the whole world came about the term jobinstead of work. Have you ever found the word job in the Holy Bible? The word'job' with respect to means of living is an orchestration of the devil. I define Job as what the world system provide for you as ameans of living. WORK is your divine assignment or mission on earth channeledtowards your path of destiny. Your work is what God gives you to catapult youinto satisfaction, fulfillment, wealth, and inner peace. In summary, it placesyou on a life of significance.When you discover and do what God made you to do on earth, youare said to be 'working', and heaven will begin to testify daily about you, asit testified about Jesus at his baptism in Jordan, and at the mount oftransfiguration.Matt 3:17And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, "Thisis My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." Matt 17:5While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloudovershadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying,"This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!"When you do the work God made you for, God will not only bepleased with you, He will make you an authority in that field. People willgather around you because their needs are met. They will marvel at your wisdomand your gifting. You will have extra strength and peace in your spirit. But when you live on jobs, it will result in you living fromhand to mouth, lack of steady employment, lack of inner peace, and instability inyour matrimonial capital base. Hello! You may be wealthy but not really successful. This isbecause you are in the wrong place of your divine assignment. What does thatmean? If you have money, wealth, possession or prestige outside the work Godpredestined you to do on earth, you will lack fulfillment, satisfaction,significance and inner peace. Simply put:Success is doing what God made you to do! It is evident by inner peace and passion.Prov 10:22The blessing of the LORD makes one rich, and He adds nosorrow with it. Destiny In ChristAs a result of unlimited and ever increasing compassion ofGod, and His tender mercies, which are over all His works, He sent His onlybegotten son to redeem us to Him. Rom 3:23-24Being justified freely by His grace through the redemptionthat is in Christ JesusEph 1:7In Him we have redemption through His blood, theforgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.Through the blood of Jesus, you have the grace to recoverwhatever you have lost as a result of the sudden evacuation of Adam and Evefrom the Garden of Eden. Eph 1:11In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, beingpredestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according tothe counsel of His will.Jesus is the only way. Through His light, you can navigateyourself into your designed purpose in life. Now let us consider these twoscriptures:John 3:16For God so loved the world that He gave His only begottenSon, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.  1 John 3:16By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us.And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.God loved us. You and I were off His radar for a long time. InHis infinite mercy He sent His son with great risk to die for our sins so as tobring us back to Him. He expects us to show appreciation too by laying down ourlives. For who? - Those whom He has destined us to serve through our niche inour life journey, also through our giving attitude, in the worship of God.Giving is serving, and serving is giving. This is termed servant leadership. This is explained further below.Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ writing to the Holy andfaithful brothers in Christ at Colosse said:Col 4:17(KJV)And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thouhast received in the Lord, that thou fulfil it.Col 4:17 (NIV)Tell Archippus: "See to it that you complete the workyou have received in the Lord." There is a pre-determined work or assignment God has given toyou and spoken into your life to fulfill while on earth. He has also mandatedyou to accomplish this task with all vigour. You have your own part of theentire destiny in Christ Jesus to fulfill during your short time of sojourn onearth. Jesus was very conscious of his destiny, His purpose, divineassignment and mission while on earth. He was so committed to fulfilling Hispurpose that He refused to allow anyone, no matter how close to Him, to standbetween Him and His destiny. Remember, He rebuked Peter who was His closestassociate:In the book of Mark 8:33, Jesus rebuked Peter, saying,"Get behind Me, Satan! For you are not mindful of the things of God, butthe things of men." Jesus came to die for mankind and redeem man to hisCreator.  Jesus’ commitment to His   work is buttressed by His submission toworking even on Sabbath day. The world calls this overtime. But Jesus was noteven on salary. Little wonder, Apostle Paul said he worked night and day. I am not saying that you should use the time for churchservice for other things on Sunday. I am only telling you how committed Jesuswas in fulfilling His destiny on earth. Of course, Jesus made us to understandthat there is nothing wrong in using Sunday in other way, as long as it is tothe glory of God – Healing on the Sabbath day glorifies God. So He used it inthat way. Now, hear master Jesus:John 4:34"My food," said Jesus, "is to do the will ofhim who sent me and to finish his work.John 9:4-5I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day;the night is coming when no one can work. As long as I am in the world, I amthe light of the world." Your food should be in your divine assignment, not on thatnasty thing called job. Locate Where YouBelong And Give It All You’ve Got
 So, what next? You locate where you belong: your niche, your bestfit in life, and give it all you’ve got, that’s all. Jesus has given you thelight to work with and you must make haste while the sun shine. Again, Jesus was so committed to fulfilling His divineassignment that he broke protocol. He knew God would blame Him if He refused toheal those who needed healing on Sabbath days. So He chose to please God ratherthan please men or better still, the Sadducees, Pharisees and the Scribes. Hebroke the Jewish tradition. He showed believers plainly that the Sabbath daycan be used in a spiritually led way, to the glory of God provided it is notfor personal gain. I read a book, in which the author said that when the prophetsof old are at the point of delivering God’s message, the Spirit torment them insuch a way that they manifest momentary madness. I mean, the Spirit exact astrange force on them, that, their behaviour and character would fit perfectlyinto that of a mad man.Wake up! Your passion must surpass that of Christ whom you aremodelling. Be obsessive to your passion.Furthermore, the proposition that you will make heaven dependslargely on your fruitfulness towards God on earth. God, in His own heart, hastied your accruing fruitfulness to your Work or assignment on earth, not yourjob, career, profession, which are usually, selfishly stomach driven. This isthe life of serving and giving which He has equipped you adequately for:Heb 12:2Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith,who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame,and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.God – the Father, the Son, and the Holy Sprit is ready topilot you to fulfill your assignment on earth so that later, in the life tocome, you will say: Heaven here I come.What Did Christ Say Unto You?Jesus told his disciples that the Holy Ghost would teach themall things and bring all things to their remembrance, whatsoever He has saidunto them. John 14:26But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Fatherwill send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things toyour remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.In this context, what Jesus was referring to was what He hasspoken into their life before they were created into this obnoxious world.Here, I am talking about speaking forth and foundations. Which foundations?Foundation of the world and your own foundation too, I mean your world as anindividual.Here again, I am referring to you being foreknown and yourfuture being predetermined. The Bible says Christ is the Word and the Wordexisted even before man was created. To be candid, John reported that all things were made by Him.So Christ knows all the details about your destiny. John 1:1-4In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things weremade by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him waslife; and the life was the light of men.Paul said in the book of Ephesians that God has chosen us inhim before the foundation of the world. Eph 1:4According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundationof the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:If you believe that Jesus Christ was foreordained before thefoundation of the world, then, you too was planned and designed for a purposeand unique assignment. Your destiny cap can only fit you perfectly and no one else inthe world running into billions of people. You are a perfect engine moreglorious that aggregate of terrestrial machines put together. Jesus existed at the time of creation of the universe; He onlycame into the world to manifest in the flesh form for the purpose ofredemption.1 Peter 1:20Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of theworld, but was manifest in these last times for you.John 1:14And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and webeheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full ofgrace and truth.John 17:24Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, bewith me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me:for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. A Vision On How YouCame Into This World
Before your Creator introducedyou into this world and the generation that you are part of now, an event tookplace that you were not conscious of. It occurred in your nonexistence.Beloved, if you will agree with me, the spirit that gave birthto your being was without nomenclature. This means that, the spirit had nobearing to you at that point in question. Simply put, that spirit wasundefined.Now, there is what I call ‘Divine Summoning’. Through divinesummoning, God summoned a spirit to the midst of those with him, with thepurpose of handling a task in a specific generation on earth. They needed tospeak this divine task into the summoned spirit. Now just like what happened inrevelation chapter five, as revealed to John, none of those fellowshipping withGod at that point in time was capable of speaking to, or sending forth thatspirit on the assignment except our Lord Jesus Christ.Rev 5:1-7And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne ascroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals. Then I saw astrong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, "Who is worthy to open thescroll and to loose its seals?" And no one in heaven or on the earth orunder the earth was able to open the scroll, or to look at it. So I wept much,because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to look at it.But one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of thetribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and toloose its seven seals." And I looked, and behold, in the midst of thethrone and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stooda Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, whichare the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth. Then He came and tookthe scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne. Here, in the book of Revelation, It was said that there was nocompetent person to open the scroll that was sealed with seven seals, until aLamb that seems slain appeared and volunteered, took the scroll, and began toopen the seals one after the other.In like manner, our Lord Jesus Christ volunteered and spoke'you' into the spirit that became you. The you in quote are your destiny andassignment. Jesus told that spirit the unique task he would be coming to theworld to do. Jesus enumerated all that the spirit must accomplish on earthbefore returning home. Do you know what Jesus said to the spirit? Jesus must havesaid:We are sending you to generation X in planet earth, to solveproblem Y.  We have shaped you, modeledyour make –up and equipped you to handle this problem effectively andtactically with ease. Furthermore, these are the details you need to accomplishthe simplified task... You must make sure you complete the task in the set timewe would allow you to stay there. Failure to complete the assignment means thatyou will no longer be part of us. We have designed your DNA and packaged youappropriately to fulfill this divine assignment. Whether you succeed or youfail, it will be your fault. Receive grace. Receive something for nothing. Receive unmerited favour. Receive Godriches at Christ expense.  Now, I chargeyou, Go! Go!!  Go!!!  to the world and affect your generation.So after Jesus Christ has spoken to the spirit, which beforethen was just a certain spirit, its divine assignment and destiny, God thencommanded the spirit to enter into a mass of clay molded in human form. Thenthis assigned spirit began to cohabit with a body and a soul, which becamehuman being. By God’s sovereignty, God now chose a womb for the development ofthe organism planned to be introduced into the world, as a little child, aftera period of nine months. That's your foundation. Forgotten Assignment
Did it ever happen to you as alittle child probably in the ghetto, that your father, mother or guardian sentyou to deliver a message to somebody, but before you reach the recipient, youcould no longer remember the message? This is the scenario with all menconcerning their destiny. Because of the absence of the soul - the cerebrum, cerebellumand medulla oblongata, when Jesus rolled out the unique assignment to theSpirit, the resulting human being had no knowledge or consciousness of whathappened to his Spirit ahead of time. So you see why your body, soul and spirithave no knowledge of your divine destiny or life purpose. Therefore everything pertaining to your destiny, mission andlife purpose became a mystery or unknown. Hence Jesus often makes reference tothe need for believers to understand mystery, when he was on earth. Destiny is different from purpose. Destiny is restricted tohuman usage and is end pertinent, purpose is not. So I prefer the word destinyrather than purpose, for purpose may not have future ambition andaccomplishment. Mark 4:11-12And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know themystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these thingsare done in parables: That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearingthey may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted,and their sins should be forgiven them. The only person that bearsrecord of your destiny on earth is Jesus Christ, but He ascended to heaven overtwo thousand years ago. However, darling Jesus said you should not bother aboutHis absence in this world; He therefore assigned a colleague of His - theComforter, called the Holy Spirit, to reveal to you every detail concerningyour destiny. John 14:26But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Fatherwill send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things toyour remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.Jesus Christ sees you, as king and priest, and he want you toreign as leader in your best -fit- in -life.Rev 5:10And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and weshall reign on the earth.Christ has given you all spiritual blessings, but He attachedtheir manifestation to your divine assignment. Below are the seven key thingsyou stand to receive when you discover your destiny and walk on the path offulfilling that purpose:Rev 5:12Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slainto receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory,and blessing.
