Happy Equinox!

Welcome to spring!
The days are getting longer, the sun's heat is melting the snow, and soon we'll see the first flowers of spring. It's been a long cold winter, but we made it!

In these stressful times...

In every country and around the world, things are changing hourly with the Covid-19 situation.

Be kind to one another out there and online. It's a tough situation for everyone. 


And if you're self-isolating at home or quarantined, take the time to do something kind for yourself.
Listen to music you love.Read that book you've been putting off.Watch a movie or TV show.Take a hot bath.Enjoy a cup of tea...or hot chocolate...or coffee.Call a friend and catch up on each other's lives.Take a nap.Play a game with family.Put together a puzzle.Do a virtual tour of a museum. (Many of them are offering such tours.)
