Heart of the Serpent up for Pre-order on Amazon

HEART OF THE SERPENT, the fifth book in the Hades' Carnival series is now up for pre-order at Amazon!

 BLURB:

Just when you thought the Devil had gotten his due, he’s back for more.

Hades’ Carnival, Book 5

Now that the five-thousand-year curse that kept him and his fellow shapeshifting warriors trapped in animal form has been lifted, Mordecai doesn’t quite know what to do with himself. He is free—in theory.

Hell left its stain on his soul, and his relationship with the warriors who once trusted him is uneasy. The only bright spot in his life is Jessica, whose shining innocence he dare not taint with his inner darkness. But it’s getting harder and harder to stay away from her.

Jessica longs for the days she and Mordecai shared an easy friendship. Now he seems as distant as the stars. He denies there’s a problem, but she’s determined to penetrate his shields.

Hades has been plotting his revenge from his prison. He can’t harm Mordecai without harming himself. But there’s nothing to stop him from wreaking havoc by hurting the one woman Mordecai would give his life to protect—Jessica.

Warning: Vengeance, hot steamy sex and heart-melting romance.

4 1/2 Stars for Wolf in her Bed

WOLF IN HER BEDhas received a 4 1/2 star review from Long and Short Reviews!

"There is a lot of passion and romance here, and five deliciously hot werewolves to delight. There is also danger at every turn, from the spies from the Louisiana pack, and later from Armand’s father Remy. I enjoyed the fast pace of this one, it made me cry, sigh and there were some giggles in there as well. If hot and strong heroes, sassy and independent women and lots of searing romance are what you enjoy, this is well worth the reading.." ~Foxglove

Weekend Book Club--Darkness by Laurann Dohner

DARKNESS is book 12 in Laurann Dohner's New Species series and, thankfully, the author seems like she's only getting started. If you love paranormal romance with plenty of heat you need to check out this series.

What are you reading this week?

BLURB:

Book 12 in the New Species series. It is advisable to read the books in order to get the most enjoyment from the series.

Kat’s boss wants dirt on the NSO. She is sent to Homeland undercover but everything goes wrong as soon as she enters the front gates. She is arrested by a big, powerful, sexy New Species but she is not frightened. He turns her on and things heat up fast between them. Now, she just hopes he doesn’t break her heart.

Darkness admires Kat’s courage but he cannot trust anything she says. He hasn’t been with a female for years because he knows he is too damaged. He is not mate material, despite his desire to possess her in every way. Darkness fears losing control—the one thing that defines his life. He doesn’t think he can tear down the protective walls he’s built, even for her.

Inside Scoop: Kat never realized how much fun handcuffs and dominant males could be until she discovered her kinky side through Darkness’ need for control.
