Throwback Thursday--Book Edition (Warrior's Woman by Johanna Lindsey)
WARRIOR'S WOMAN by Johanna Lindsey is my pick for Throwback Thursday this week. This is a classic sci fi/fantasy romance. I love the the byplay between the hero and heroine. They are from very different cultures, which makes their relationship interesting and intense. Tedra is one kickass heroine, but Challen is her match.

Weekend Book Club--Bound to Darkness by Lara Adrian.
I've been reading Lara Adrian's Midnight Breed series from the very first book, and this series just keeps getting better. This week I read BOUND TO DARKNESS, the latest installment in the series. Dark and passionate with lots of action and conspiracy. Everything readers have come to love and want in a Midnight Breed book.

Throwback Thursday--Book Edition (The Darkest Hour by Maya Banks)
This week I'm featuring THE DARKEST HOUR, book one in the Kelly Group International (KGI) series, by Maya Banks.
I can't begin to tell you how much I love this series. This is romantic suspense at it's very best! This is a heartbreaking story of loss, love and redemption. Banks writes strong but vulnerable heroines. Her men are as tough as they come, but they too are all too human when it comes to their relationships. Emotional, sexy and action-packed.
If you haven't read the KGI series, try The Darkest Hour. If you enjoy it, you can keep on reading. Book 10--Darkest Before Dawn is due out on October 27th and I can't wait!

NIGHT PLAY by Sherrilyn Kenyon is my pick for Throwback Thursday this week.
I absolutely love this book. This is romance at its very best. Vane Kattalakis is one of my favorite romance heroes of all time. He's been wounded in so many ways and doesn't believe he's worthy of Bride's love but, believe me, he is. Both Bride and Vane are complex people who have been hurt in the past. But love does have the power to heal. There are also moments of humor in this book. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll swoon.
If you love paranormal romance and haven't tried this book, you are truly missing out on something special.
