Movie Monday--Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales - Official Trailer

Today I saw Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. This is the perfect movie to kick off the summer movie season. It's everything I wanted it to be. Amazing action, plenty of laughs, a love story, and of course, Captain Jack at his best.

Weekend Book Club--Ghost of a Machine by Cynthia Sax and Wilful Desire by Victoria Barbour

I've read two very different books this past week. The first one is GHOST OF A MACHINE by Cynthia Sax. If you enjoy smokin' hot cyborgs then this is a series for you. Often dark, always raw, Sax always delivers an emotional story.

The second book I read was WILFUL DESIRE by Victoria Barbour. A wonderful, emotional, and very contemporary story about two people whose life choices have made it difficult, if not impossible for them to be together. Sometimes love might just not be enough.

Weekend Book Club--'Til Death Do Us Part by Amanda Quick

This past week I read 'TIL DEATH US DO PART by Amanda Quick.

I'm a huge fan of Jayne Ann Krentz books under all her pen names, including Amanda Quick, Jayne Castle, Amanda Glass, Jayne Bentley, and Stephanie James.

I love the mystery, intrigue, and of course, the relationship between the hero and heroine in this book. The author always pens independent, feisty heroines.
