The Secret Life of Girls

Lucee Lovett’s Review on `The Secret Life of Girls’ by Chloe Thurlow

Amazon US

The Secret Life of Girls – is a revelation of a young woman’s, journey to find herself sexually. It’s an intriguing story. Initially the reader is given the impression that Isabella (Bella) is naive and vulnerable. She is curious about her body, and loves looking at her naked form in the mirror and pleasures herself frequently. Bella’s strength of character begins to manifest when her mother announces her impending n...

Close Encounter

Marie sits crossed legged on the bar stool by the bar. Drumming her fingers in silent contemplation. Her slim shapely legs going all the way up her thigh, making her look much taller than her 5’ 6” – accentuated by her designer 5 inch shiny black leather heels. She looked so beautiful, her gorgeous blond hair glistening in the bar light crowning her head like a halo. She just sat there sipping on her Long Island Ice Tea. It had been a strange night.

She had meet up with her friends from work....

An Intro To Lucee Lovett

Hi I’m Lucee Lovett and this is my blog. As you can see from the limited blog pages and posts. I’m very new to blogging as well as writing. I’ve only been a published author since January 2013. I’ve always loved to write but only wrote for myself as I didn’t really think, I had any talent for it. I’m also dyslexic I didn’t have much confidence in my written expressions. To top it all I was holding down a professional job in management, so equally I didn’t have the time to write. I have to say...

Jealous God sung by Devapriya

Melody and music by Devapriya, Words by Sreejit

If I am fearless and you are faultless

Is it enough for us to be together?

But I am scared and you flawlessly

Pull on my strings and smile

My all in all

My every thing

But what does it mean?

If only I am dreaming

Can I give up everything…

Scapemakers

Lucee Lovett book review of ‘Scapemaker’ by Steven V. Cyper

Amazon US

Scapemaker – is a very long fantasy novel – I struggled to read the first few chapters. I did not think I was going to be able to finish this book. I found the book a bit confusing and long winded at the start, although necessary to introduce the characters. I found myself returning to different parts of the story for clarification. From what I could gather, the story is about people who can travel between realities and an al...

Cherishing Destiny

Lucee Lovett Review of Cherishing Destiny by Noelle Blakely

Initially I did not think much of the introduction to the story as it started off with the lead Character waking up in a cave with broken bones and other injuries. The descriptions were long and did not feel necessary for creating intrigue when leading up to the plot. I started to feel bored and a little inpatient. It did not help that the book is written in several different fonts. Shifting from Capitals, to bold, italic and so on. H...

Killing the Desire

A review of Killing the Desire by Leanna Harrow

‘Killing the Desire’ is an erotic detective story, full of mystery and intrigue. The author takes you into her world of descriptive dialogue within the first two paragraphs. Captivating your imagination and attention throughout. As well as tapping into your other senses. The story is tantalizing and explicit. It’s a journey through loss, family crisis, love, lust and betrayal. I found this book entertaining and a comfortable read.
