One of the most beautiful things, is when someone goes so far out of their way to do something kind, without expecting anything at all in return. Recently, I reached out to @welcomeskateboards to see if they would not mind donating stickers or something, to a local charity auction I am doing to help raise money for the Helena Skate Academy in honor of the late Larry Kucsulain, who recently passed after a courageous battle with brain cancer. In response, @welcomeskateboards sent this amazing package, complete with two brand new decks, and three rad shirts. Above and so far beyond. I am moved and touched. Thank you guys. If you ever need anything, let me know. #tylerknott #welcomeskateboards #LandItForLarry (at tylerknott.com)

The orange washed rain and the pinpricks of light, twinkling like fireflies making their way through the storm. The purple spilled shadows softened at the edges and the smell that comes with each drop of water. The view from here, the view from home.

Happy Mother’s Day to the most stunning, inspiring, and rad...

Happy Mother’s Day to the most stunning, inspiring, and rad Mothers I am so blessed to know and love.  Here are the 4 most important in my life, all with their daughters, who I have no doubt will grow up to be breathtakingly beautiful Mothers as well.  A lot of talk is thrown around about life being a circle (Yes I just sang the Circle of Life song too), but it’s so wonderful when it’s proven so abundantly true.  The little girl in the top left photo with my Mom, is the woman in the top right photo, my sister Rian, holding her daughter Winslow.  Nearly everything important I know, and so many of the pieces of me I am proud of, were given to me, inspired by, and taught, by the women in these photos.  Respect doesn’t begin to cover it, admiration is too shallow.  I am in Awe of them, of all women, all Mothers of all types, and not a day will go by that I am not.  Thank You, to all of you Mothers out there, to all of the women that may one day be, and to all of the ways all of those that cannot be, still are.  Thank you.  Happy Mother’s Day.
