Sit and stare up, up to the passing clouds and plane trails leading somewhere you are not. Sit and breathe, feel your lungs expand with the air you swallow, feel your body sink into the soil beneath you, feel the earth spin slowly. We are here such a short time, why waste it with the frenzied rush, the frantic fumbling? Sit and stare up, there will be clouds to calm you.
