TEASE for upcoming novel
Here is a sneak peak of The Year I Met August.
Before long, I noticed Brandon and Melanie were doing their own thing. “I’m sorry; it looks like they’ve ditched us.”
“It’s okay. At least we like the same rides,” he said.
Well, we had that in common. He was cute in a rough type of way. He wore a pair of khaki shorts and a blue polo shirt, he even smelled good, almost better than the carnival. We played two games and August won a monkey and gave it to me.
After riding almost all the rides twice, we decided to take a break and get some food. My stomach was howling for some.
“So your sister said you were headed to med school in the fall.”
“It’s true. My dad wants me to follow in his footsteps. Neuro surgery to be specific.”
“Is that what you want?” he questioned.

It was the summer before college and Murphy was ready to experience life, as any girl should. During an outing with her sister she meets August. He's older, and more experienced than she is.
She knew a relationship at this point was almost pointless. With an internship at the end of summer and then college in the fall. Her schedule was full.
Murphy told herself that she could walk away from August without any repercussions. If only her heart had listened.
Walking away at the end of the summer was difficult. But they agreed to keep in touch and see each other whenever possible. They still didn't put a label on their relationship.
Eventually August showed his true self. He was so ashamed, he hid his secret from her for as long as possible. Now that his secret was out, Murphy had no clue how to handle it.
Will she stay with him so they can deal with it together? Or will it be too much for her to take on?

Paperbacks and Next Release
Welcome to another day of my blog!
Im about 70% through my NEXT release, its called Driving Layne!! I CAN NOT wait for you all to read it. I LOVE these characters so much, I know I will hate to part with them, but I know they'll be in good hands ;)
Im aiming for a March release, and hoping I will be able to share the cover SOON!! I cant wait to show you.

Its been a few weeks since my last blog. I published Bare Hearts, its avail on Amazon, B&N, Kobo and iBooks, so feel free to grab it now while it is on sale for 0.99 for a limited time.
I am over half done with the Driving Layne manuscript and I cant express how excited I am about this book. I really hope you all like it, even if you havent read my other books, Driving Layne WILL BE THE ONE TO CHECK OUT. Im working hard on getting it out by March.

Almost time to press publish!
Hi all!!
Its almost that time, time to press that publishing button (12/06) on Bare Hearts. The ARC's went out last week and the reviews are starting to come in, so far GOOD reviews....so go check them out and add it to your TBR!

Bare Hearts is completed
Hello all!!! Thanks for taking the time to read my blog.
The other day I received the edits for Bare Hearts and I worked coutless hours on it to complete the editing progress. And with great pleasure I am happy with this one. The characters bond over a tragic event and I love the way Parker takes over the situation and is determined to protect his love. There is an unexpected person that pops into the story and throws a dagger into Parker and Lily's relationship!
It releases NEXT month and I hope you enjoy it!!
My next project in the works is going to be a highly emotional read. This story is very near and dear to me and I hope you all enjoy it when it releases early next year. The cover is currently being worked on and Im working tirelessly to get it written. It WILL be a 2-3 book series (separate from the books above) and they will have to be read in order to understand the plotline.

Bare Hearts cover
Just want to take a moment and let you all know that Bare Hearts now has a cover as well as a trailer. Make sure you go check it out!
I am aiming to release Dec 13th, so stay tuned for it! I CAN NOT wait to share Parker and Lily's story with you all. It was mostly emotional (beginning) and a blast to write their story. I hope you all come along for the ride and love them as much as I do!
