Magic takes over this place every time the sun sets
Daylight forgets.
But the city lights remain.
It becomes our escape from the mundane.
We turn into silhouettes,
Sipping coffee and smoking cigarettes.
While we walk down the street.
As solid as the Earth that constantly moves beneath our feet.
We’re just like this day
We never truly met our end.
We are a continuation,
