It's tough finding gifts that are fun, unique, functional and won't break the bank. Between October and December we have two adoption days to celebrate, plus two birthdays and Christmas. Ack!

Let's just say that I am always looking for cute gifts. Here are some that are affordable, a few that are super special and a bit more expensive. And of course, lots of Etsy finds since I'm an Esty Shopping Ho! The best thing about Etsy...you never need to leave your house, and the Etsy folks are fabulous...

1. Best Book With A Troll, Centaur, and BBW:

Troll-y Yours by Sheri Fredricks

I got this book as a joke. A curvy-girl (BBW) book with a centaur, trolls, and various other quirky characters? Well, surprise, surprise! The book had great world-building details, an engaging romantic storyline, and even some interesting commentary on ethnic discrimination. I liked it!


2. Best Movie With A Hot Tub:

Hot Tub Time Machine (2010)

I'm not sure how I missed this gem in 2010, but I made up for my oversight by...
