Tag you're it!
Looks like I've been tagged and I'm it. I learned this game from Glenna Maynard on Twitter. It's an exciting game for authors to talk about their WIP (work in progress) and I think it'll be fun to play!

1) What is the title of working title of your WIP?
Reaching Out For You is a contemporary new adult romance about Adam and Sophia and finding love again.
2) What genres does your novel fall under?
I would consider my book to be a New adult romance with some erotica.
3) What actors (dream cast) would you choose to play the characters in a film version?
This question makes me laugh! I’d die if this were to happen! Here’s to dreaming! So if I could choose this would be my dream cast:
Adam (main character) Zac Efron/Chace Crawford/Chad Michael Murray
Sophia (main character) Jennifer Lawrence/Nina Dobrev/Emily Van Camp
Kyle (the boyfriend) Max Thieriot
Connor (Adam’s best friend) Liam Hemsworth
Erin (Sophia’s best friend) Julianna Hough/Blake Lively

4) What is the main outline for your book?
Well I’m glad you asked. Here’s a little preview!
Adam and Sophia were best friends but when tragedy strikes it's more than Adam can handle and he leaves Sophia alone in the dark.
Four years later, Adam and Sophia are reunited and the sparks between them return but is it too late?
Sophia is happy again and has let go of the darkness. She has great friends and a sweet boyfriend name Kyle. Now that Adam is back how will she be able to balence her boyfriend and her best friend?
The darkness always finds you again but will Adam be able to save her or leave her again?
5) Will your book be Indie published, self published, or represented by an agency and sold to a traditional publisher?
I will be self publishing my book by using draft2digital.
6) How long did it take you to write the first draft of the manuscript?
I started playing around with the idea in February of 2013. I am currently working on it now and hopefully will be done in a few months. I am hoping for an early summer release!
7) What other books in this genre would you compare your book to?
If I had to compare I would say it’s a mix of The Coincidence of Callie and Kayden and Wait For You with some Forever Black =)
8) Who or what inspired you to write this book?
I graduated from St. John Fisher and studied English so I’ve always loved to read and write. I never thought about publishing anything until I started reading books by self published authors like Sandi Lynn, J. Lynn, J. Kenner, Jessica Sorensen, A. Meredith Walters, Kendall Ryan, Cora Carmack and Kelly Favor. It wasn’t until I read Forever Black by Sandi Lynn that made me want to write. I always had ideas going through my mind and when I connected with Sandi, something in me just lit up and I knew I wanted to write.
9) What else about the book might pique reader’s attention?
It’s a romance book and the characters are relatable. Sophia is going through so much and is holding a secret-one that many women go through and I think it’ll show the strength of women and being able to overcome anything. Adam is every woman’s fantasy. He’s sexy, smart, romantic, protective-the whole nine.
