Thanks for coming to see me in Austin!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who came out to see me this past weekend in Austin, Texas for the Deep in the Heart Author Event! I had an absolute blast meeting new fans and fellow authors. The event went great, and the organizers are looking at making this a yearly thing! Can’t wait for 2016!

The Pursuit alternate paperback cover!

Ok so this is the news I have been dying to share. Back when I had the cover for The Pursuit made, I had a vision of Skyy and Aiden in The Lucent, all romantic and stuff. The cover came out great, except everyone kept telling me it didn’t match the theme of the other covers! So I had my amazing cover artist make a second one, which is the cover that is live with the e-book…dark and mysterious in London.

Well I loved both covers, and didn’t want the first one to go to waste, SO for a short time I am making it available in paperback as an alternate cover. The book is exactly the same, only difference is the cover. I will only have it up for a limited time, before I change it to the London cover! So think of it as a special edition

Also, The Lie and The Countess paperbacks have gone through a slight overhaul…I updated the pages to cream, instead of the stark white I had before, and there are new fancy chapter header graphics! All three books are back on Amazon, updated and ready to buy!

The Pursuit in editing!

I am thrilled to announce that book 3 in The Skyy Huntington Series – The Pursuit, is officially in editing! I apologize to everyone who has anxiously been awaiting the release, but pregnancy and then a newborn threw me a curve ball. We should have the release coming up very shortly.

The Pursuit

After a month of trying to recover from having our baby, and then a round of bronchitis and an upper respiratory infection….I am back to work finishing up the final touches on The Pursuit. It feels good to be back in the swing of things. I know it’s long overdue and I apologize to those of you out there who are anxiously awaiting the 3rd book. I thought I could have it done by the time I delivered but apparently pregnancy had different ideas!

I can’t believe it is the end of 2013 already! This year has flown by. It’s been a very amazing year for me, both personally and professionally. We’re expecting our first baby in Feb of 2014, and I published two books that were very successful this year, with the third on the way!

I cannot thank everyone enough who has supported me, and purchased my books. Without you I never would have seen one of my dreams come true. Being able to write and see my visions come to life, and receive positive feedback is surreal and amazing. I never imagined that my series would take off as much as it has, and I am so thankful for all the kind words and support!

I especially want to thank my mom and dad, and my amazing husband for all their help, encouragement, and support this past year. I am so blessed to have one amazing family!

2014 will be a busy year for me, and I don’t know what to expect…but I will keep writing as time allows. I plan to write at least 1 stand-alone spin off book from The Skyy Huntington Series, as well as finish off another novel that is totally unrelated to the series. With a baby on the way, I don’t know if they’ll both get finished in 2014 but I will sure try!

Also, I didn’t reach my goal of getting The Pursuit out in time for December…it is just about done though. We have been so busy and have had a lot of company and other things going on that I just have not had the time to devote to the book. But don’t worry, it’ll be out soon!
