What if being gay was normal and being straight was what got people to hate you?
This short film perfectly portrays a world where roles are reversed: gays are normal, and heteros are abnormal, protested, hated, abused, and are only meant to be “breeders”. It shows how much abuse and intolerance there is in the world. This is what we, as the LGBT community, experience daily. This is one of the most important messages in the world.
I WILL REBLOG THIS FOREVER.
We watched this in Citizenship last year and it changed so many people’s views, not only those who opposed homosexuality but it helped enhance the views of those who supported homosexuality too. So powerful.

You know you’re in for a long haul when the book has a map on the first page
A long AWESOME haul.
I may or may not have a slight obsession with maps. This has nothing whatsoever to do with my horrific ability to imagine even the most straightforward of geography.
Seriously, every time I read a fantasy book that doesn’t have a map, I spend the entire book like a trapped Sim.
"THIS IS OCEAN RIGHT? AUTHOR SAID OCEAN WAS HERE. OR MAYBE THIS IS SHORELINE? OR BALLROOM? WHERE IS THE CHARACTERS, PRECIOUS. WHERE."
