Hi Sara, do you mind me asking how long it took you to find your agent? Did you query a lot of agents and get a lot of rejections, or did one snap you up right away? Did you do any special events or get referrals to agents, or was it just good old-fashione
I’ve actually had two agents (which is fairly common, for authors to switch agents) and I got both my first and second through good ol’ fashioned slush pile querying! That was a few years ago, but proof that good things come from the slush pile!
