Vladimir Andreyevich Mezentsev (Russian: Владимир Андреевич Мезенцев)

Vladimir Mezentsev was a Soviet journalist, distinguished cultural worker, Candidate of Sciences. He graduated from the Institute of Chemical Engineering; then he managed a chemical laboratory, was a lecturer at universities and colleges, worked as a reporter of the Information Telegraph Agency of the USSR.

Vladimir Mezentsev fought in World War Two. After WWII he was an editor in various print media. Mezentsev was an editor and publisher of popular brochures about natural phenomena and technologic progress.
