Still relishing our seven-course @fulgurances meal from @fifuckindel, the 30-year-old chef from Mexico City with wine pairings from sommelier Amélie. Merci beaucoup for a cultural mash-up that translated into delicious dishes like corn panna cotta, uni with pickled rhubarb, tortilla butter with Paris mushrooms, and parsnip flan. Extra gratitude for the photobombs, glass of mystery liquor from Denmark, and for allowing us to stay well past closing and into family meal. Can’t wait for an encore on our next visit to Paris! 🇫🇷 (at Paris, France)
