Deck the Halls With Sounds of Murder! Dead Wrong

Grab a glass of holiday cheer and curl up with this suspenseful tale! Better make it two glasses. This sounds like a nail bitter.
Newlywed Lynnette Foster���s cop husband is in trouble at work and takes out his frustration on Lynnette by punching her in the face. To Lynnette, the first assault will be the last. In an attempt to get as far away from him as she can, she books a flight from Miami to Los Angeles.
Lynnette doesn’t know it yet, but her husband is the least of her worries.
At the airport, a vicious, foul-mouthed thug known as Fat Ass Sammy Grick carelessly switches Lynnette���s laptop case and his own. Sammy���s case contains something very important to his criminal boss, Benito Ortega. Something Ortega would kill to get back.
To complicate Lynnette���s life, an eleven-year-old runaway girl follows her off the plane during the Denver layover. Then Lynnette makes a horrible discovery. Her husband was murdered a few hours after she walked out. Lynnette needs to contact the police, who consider her a person of interest in the murder. Escaping the killer on her trail and protecting the child must come first.
Will her life ever be normal again?

Earlier this year, I released a short horror fiction story set in the old west. It is a study in the effects of dominant human energy upon a place and vice versa. Those of you who have ever worked in a very negative and hostile environment know the negative energy can take on a life of its own.
Sentenced to life imprisonment for murder at age fifteen, Bill Dolan has become one of the most feared convicts in the Lost Man’s Parish Territorial Prison. Devoid of hope, it is a place of survival of the meanest and most amoral. For thirteen hard years, he has survived and thrived among other violent offenders. In a last act of vindictive spite, Bill’s grandmother uses her influence to condemn his little brother to life in the Parish. Andy is a peculiar boy with unsettling powers. Tales of Andy’s miracles quickly spreads among the greedy convicts.
The specter of the Parish, a presence of pure evil, hungrily sniffs out the new resident. When the purity of Andy’s child-like innocence threatens to bring about change, the specter is desperate to destroy him. Wishing You a Wonderful Thanksgiving Week
Over the river and through the woods to Grandmother’s house we go…or to a beach in Mexico. One of my friends is taking his family there this week. I was not invited. That’s cool. We’re good…sniff. All kidding aside, there is no place I’d rather be than in Colorado during the holidays. Skiing in the mountains. Festivals and performing arts in town. We know how to have fun here.
Whether you’re traveling to visit the special folks in your life OR you’re hanging out at home, have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Be Safe!
