Great physician, who knows our frames for you created them, let us never forget our need of you, that we would seek always your presence and help for our broken souls and find in you the cure for the sin we carry, through you who was raised to new life and ascended to the presence of the Father and Holy Spirit in glory. Amen.

Lord Jesus, who is willing to be with us and share our lives, do not let us look down on any who desire to come and walk with us in your kingdom, that all would be welcome who desire to live in your ways and learn to walk as you do, through you who loved us to the end and was raised to new life by the Father through the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Lord Jesus, who calls to us as our teacher and Lord, teach us to follow you as your disciples did in Israel, that we would without hesitation leave those things that prevent us from living with you and walking in your footsteps and so learn to take on your life, through you who reigns in heaven with the Father and Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.

Lord Jesus, under whose authority and goodwill we always live, be present with us as we seek to fulfill the mission that you have set before us, that we would not merely work by our own power, but would rely on you, trusting that you are working in and through us always, through you who lives and reigns in heaven with the Father and Holy Spirit, one God, world without end. Lord Jesus Christ, to whom we are apprenticed in the skill of living well, show us how to draw others into your apprenticeship throughout our lives, that as we go about our business and live in the world, others would be drawn to how we live and what we have learned from you and would accept your invitation to show them also how to live well, through you who lives truly well in constant communion with the Father and Holy Spirit. Lord Jesus, who bears all authority in heaven and earth, give us strength to go out in your name to all the world, proclaiming your goodness and inviting all people to come under to reign of love and justice that the world would be filled with disciple who walk in your ways, through you who reigns above with the Father and Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Lord Jesus, who was patient with the disciples as they walked with you, let us not deride ourselves for our doubts, knowing that some of your chosen twelve felt that same doubt even as you were with them. Reassure our hearts and teach us to be patient with ourselves as you are patient with us, through you who ascended to the Father and Holy Spirit to reign in glory. Amen.

Lord God, who brings food to the hungry and turns the rich away empty, keep us from ignoring and expecting nothing from the least of this world, knowing that you bless all with no partiality. Give us hearts that, like you, embrace in all who come to you and reject none who turn to you with humble and desiring hearts, through Jesus Christ our Lord, who humbled himself and was exalted to your right hand in the Holy Spirit.
