Transformation Times – End Of Times
Life on Planet Earth
Living in this third-dimensional existence is tough. If our planet was too close to the sun it would be too hot, if our planet was too far from the sun it would be too cold. Either way life could not sustain itself.
But, if we can accept that everything is as it should be and everyone is placed where they are meant to be, then they are where they choose to be. Everything is in divine order even if it appears incredibly chaotic, then if we are ready to accept that, then we are ready to receive higher energy vibrations. This means that we need to become observers of our thoughts and feelings.
We are all Multidimensional Entities.
This means that we exist in many dimensions at the same time and we operate in each one of them under specific rules. These rules are different in every dimension. What are these rules?
Within this 3D Reality we have followed Distorted Rules.
On planet Earth, we experience being a physical Human being, and most of us have incarnated many times over and over again.
Here we give labels and names because we experience life through a 3-D reality, meaning we have to lower our frequency to exist in this physical environment. We separate the individual from the oneness, the inter-connectedness we all are.
For example:
A-Our two eyes symbolize our duality, right and left brain hemispheres, male and female.
(We are still multi-dimensional beings whether we are aware of it or not!)
B-Through DNA manipulation in our physical human body, we were made into an unconscious race, easy to control by a very sinister and service to self Dark agenda. ( read about the history of the Human race)
C-Religion preaches separation meaning you’re separate from “Source” and that’s all an illusion. This is how “they” control the human species… “they” have you looking outward when it’s always been inside.
How Have we been Manipulated?

How Can We Evolve Toward a Higher Dimension?
By changing these distorted rules for good!
Step one: Through questioning: Why were we born? Are we alone in the universe? Is there a God? Why do we experience such hardship, illness, and poverty? When we start to become aware that our reality is different for everyone, we start to wonder why.
Step Two: What we have to abide by is the following: feed what we want to grow, starve what we want to die. This is a well-known, universal truth. Whatever you put your focus on grows, and whatever you neglect withers and dies.
Step three:We must release the dependency on the old paradigm structure and the illusion of authority!
Step four: We need to change our frequency to change our timeline. If we lower our frequency with thoughts of anger and judgments we go negative; if we raise our frequency by holding onto loving thoughts of gratitude we go positive.
As we raise our vibration we can access new portions of reality. Once we receive this higher light the unconscious becomes conscious, the asleep becomes awake.
Awakening through our Third Eye
Our “higher self” which is pure energy would disintegrate our human vessel because our human vessel could not sustain that extremely high frequency, but that is why our third eye is so emphasized throughout our world and the spirituality community. Our “higher self” which expresses itself through our intuition and feelings, draws us to see unification in everything. We start to perceive our reality beyond duality and higher awareness and divine wisdom is helping us to start our ascension process.
Our physical bodies are being able to sustain these higher frequencies which are bringing in incredible abilities, awareness and insight. We can now operate in a wider spectrum of reality.
This is what is called our Ascension process
Spiritual Ascension is the progression of human consciousness; which means… changing the human consciousness from one reality to another; a reality that exists in a higher dimension of time.
Remember, darkness is just the absence of light. Once these energies start flowing and our awareness starts to heighten ( darkness remembers itself as Light) We will eventually become one with the Light. This is the completion of evolution!
The film “Contact” was ahead of our times, but this extract is so incredibly moving that we begin to have more and more questions!
I loved this film. It really puts our Earthly life on this world into perspective.

Who Are The Reality Shifters?
Evolution of Consciousness
What does it take to shift our physical reality?
This article has been written while I have a human experience in a 3D reality, so what does that mean?
( For me, it means that all Human beings are divine spirit sparks having a human experience. )
Many who in the past would say: “Seeing is believing and until you show me, I won’t believe.” are now awakening to the idea that they might have been unaware. They are the people who are moving from a second to third-dimensional consciousness towards the fifth level where manifestations become a reality.

Were we the gods that wanted to explore a physical realm, not knowing we would forget who we were?
( It’s my inner knowing that many of us are, but at the same time we are ready to elevate ourselves from this lower third-dimensional reality.)
I always questioned from a young age why I was born on this planet age. Why was I so different? Sadly most people cannot see through the lens of what actually is. Instead, they prefer to see what they have been taught, trained and indoctrinated to see. They will probably also not read this article.
My own awakening came in stages from reading books that would never have been found on my parent’s bookshelves.
My own conclusion to the question is YES we have made that choice at one stage, but that could have been many centuries ago. See the image below with link to the posts on the history of Earth.

The Mindset of an Awakening individual.
Do we live in a virtual holographic program specially created for us?
(For me that is a “yes”.)
People who are following what is called an ascension journey have a similar mindset. The realization that our reality is an illusion ( from the workbook a course of miracles) goes to great lengths to explain this idea.
Is every human being responsible for their own awakening?
(Yes. Each individual can only awaken to their own true I Am spirit spark through their higher self.)
Sharing ideas through storytelling, like creating a vision board with words is the purpose of my creative writing, and it still is; awakening readers to become the Reality Shifters I was shown so many years ago.

It took me five years to write my first novel: My Love We Are Going Home. and ended up attracting what I had written about. In 2007 the novel was republished under the title: the Awakening Clan and today this novel has grown into a Reality Shifting novel.

The Three Levels of Consciousness.

2nd consciousness levels of perceptions:
1 – “There is nothing out there, no God. when I die I’m gone.”
2- “Yes, we are born in sin and yes God will punish us if we do not listen to him, that is what God wants. Jesus died for us, and when we drink the blood of God’s son, we will be saved and go to heaven, if not we will go to hell”. ( a christian philosophy, since that happened to be my background)
3- No. Only people who follow my beliefs will go to heaven. (Fundamental religious people feel as separate anyone who is not of the same faith as them.) They cannot feel a oneness with all human beings.
60% of Earth population fits into this category.
3rd consciousness level of perception:
1- No, I do not know what God wants of me. I’m a human being who sometimes has a spiritual experience, but that is all.
2- Yes, but my religious faith will teach me to be a good person before I die, so I will try to be good and the lord will forgive me.
3- I’m a child of god, so no, not everybody believes in a God so how can I be. one with them?
30% of Earth population see their reality from this mindset.
5th level of Consciousness awareness level.

1- God is pure energy and wants to express its highest potential through me.
2- I’m a spiritual being having a human experience so I can never truly die. We are our own judges.
3- Yes, every human being is a spirit spark from the one supreme energy being. We are all united in spirit.
10% of our population falls under this mindset. The 5th level of awareness are the Reality Sifters.

All the World is a Stage
We are all Actors on this Stage and every encounter within it is significant … whether we see the significance or not.
Human beings are the Actors who play the human game on planet earth. We have been playing that game for many centuries, and now is the time to awaken by moving away from this corrupt script.
I would much rather concern myself with spiritual matters and the real ancient human history but it seems history is being made right now and I really want to follow the play well enough not to be shocked by anything . . . so bear with me!

Nikola Tesla – John Trump
This is an interesting video and it makes one think about time-travel because when Nikola Tesla died, John Trump searched Tesla’s room for his work. The first half of this was absolutely fascinating with too much synchronicity to deny. At the end of the video, the Government shutdown is brought to the world’s attention.

The miracle is unfolding, the next reality is what we are creating. Anyone who loves America and wants to see it rise to any hope of a viable future, should stop sending negative energy to President Trump.
Donald Trump has proven he can take it but the energy is growing and it will reach a critical mass and do what energy does when it reaches a critical mass: it will explode. If America fails it will be because its citizens allowed the negative forces in themselves to gather into tornados of negativity.

Awakening Moments
Often when days go past while we just live and experience being human, an aha moment happens. These moments seem just as if I was doing a huge puzzle and I found a very important corner piece.
The talk Deepak Chopra gave was just right for me. It added that important piece for me.
His wonderful short talk made it now even clearer to me that our whole human body is like a mental and emotional receiver which integrates and interprets universal consciousness. Each individual uses their own perceived (bandwidth) understanding of what is true for them.
That fitted so well with the writings of David R.Hawkins in his book Power vs Force.
That is where the collaboration levels of consciousness come into play. Everybody’s mental and emotional receiver operates on different frequency levels. That is why the reality we observe creates the illusion of separatism because we all are having a different human experience.

We experience the past through our human constructs, which is heavily influenced or programmed by our genes, culture, upbringing, education and many more aspects that we all live through in this Earthly reality.

What is Real Abundance?
It’s such a cliche, but true: money cannot buy Happiness, but with all the festive season wishes,but with all the festive season wishes for a happy Christmas and a New Year that is streaming past the social media, Apart from eating more than usual, like this adorable Christmas cake,[image error] shopping for Christmas gifts seems to be the major activity during the last week of the year.
Many people are also putting themselves into debt during these festive seasons. When mid-January has arrived, the banks are expecting their interest payments, so the dream of feeling abundant is often challenged.
It is also very clear that Christmas is the time of the year when all faiths put away their beliefs and celebrate paganism. Not all religious people know or are aware of that, but at least some kind of united brotherhood is felt as thousands prepare to celebrate the Summer Solstice between June 20-21 in the Northern Hemisphere, and December 21-22 in the Southern Hemisphere.
Lets get back to what is Real Abundance?
Abundance is not Money. Real wealth begins with Conscious awareness. Yes, I have to admit that I’m just as guilty to occasionally buying a lottery ticket, but often I wondered how much would win a lot of money change my daily life? Winning a lottery jackpot can also have some unwanted side effects. It seems that the tax man takes a huge portion before the winning numbers have to be split between other lottery players. If many people know about the winnings, it can also become unpleasant. Again having suddenly lots of money does not create happiness.

For me that means:
“EVERY aspect of life is Infinite in nature and equally available to any who are willing to discover and develop their ability to begin consciously choosing WHATEVER it might be that they have a desire to experience.”
What we can imagine we can make real. That applies to every aspect of our lives.
For some, wealth and abundance may be “perceived” as having a lot of money, but as I said before having a lot of + numbers in our bank account is not real wealth.
What is Real Wealth?
We human beings all manifest from our subconscious, (this is were our programmed beliefs are stored) If we can reprogram the believes and habit-forming patterns we hang onto, then it not only possible but quite literally we can totally change the reality we dreamed of as a small child before we grew up. ( were our full potentials are unconsciously stored)
How can we know where we might sabotage ourselves?
I like to break down the five aspects of our lives by asking questions to do with (1) the work we do, (2) the free time we have, (3 ) our ability to purchase all our needs, (4 ) our relationships, ( 5) our physical, emotional and mental health.
Understand the power of our three levels of manifesting powers.
Our consciousness (at the present moment)
Our sub-conscience (where we have stored all the programmed believes to do with the cultures we grue up in)
Our unconscious ( where the superpowers of the divine child lie dormant)

In the workplace: Are you passionate about the type of work you do and find it not only financially rewarding but fulfilling?
Yes – No
Your free time: Do you have ample time to do all the things that you really enjoy and are passionate about doing?
Yes – No
Your buying power: Do you have enough money to do the things that you want, when you want?
Yes – No
Relationships: Do you enjoy wholesome, fulfilling and deeply satisfying relationships?
Yes – No
Physical body: Are you experiencing vibrant and robust physical health?
Yes – No
In EVERY aspect of your life…..Physically, Financially, Relation ally, Emotionally, AND Spiritually a conscious choice has to be made.
Before we were born, we wanted to experience that our wishes, our most heartfelt dreams and desires in EVERY aspect of this life would be achieved. Its our Soul purpose to awaken to our true divine power. The aim of my doodle journals that are a connection to my workbook on the Language of Light, the language of our soul, are art therapy guide journals. Through simply doodling out our deepest often repressed built-up experiences through our seven chakra’s, we are allowing the divine child within to come and play.
The First step to achieving TRUE abundance in our life is establishing and attaining the correct awareness as to what “Real Wealth” and abundance is.
The Second step is developing the necessary beliefs that will make it possible for us all to attain and making the conscious choices.
The Third step is to expand our awareness with the “correct” knowledge that will enable and empower us to begin consciously focusing on “desired” outcomes which will become a reality in our lives.
The Fourth and Fifth step is to experience that: What we can image we can make real!

Our brain does give us limited cognitive abilities and local memory. Mainstream science and their rigid, materialistic view of the Universe keeps preaching for us to believe that consciousness arises from the operation of the brain.

Was Aging Ever Meant To Happen?
[image error]During these End Times, many are waking up to the idea that our souls have been maliciously trapped in human bodies for repeated incarnations over thousands of Earth years.

Scientists keep preaching that there are many types of radicals, but those of most concerns in biological systems are derived from oxygen.
Free radicals are a group of atoms that have one or more unpaired electrons. Radicals can have positive, negative or neutral charge. There is also a large body of evidence indicating that oxygen radicals are involved in inter-cellular and infra-cellular signalling. Despite their beneficial activities, reactive oxygen species can clearly be toxic to cells.
ANTI-ageing IS A HUGE INDUSTRY
Millions of people spent a fortune on anti-ageing products. So it’s a huge money-making machine!
We have been told that as a person ages, they have more free radicals floating through their body, causing cell damage, so the anti-ageing industry came up with the term antioxidant supplements.
Some scientists recently found out that It appears that by taking extra antioxidant supplements this may, in fact, be speeding up the ageing process. Why? While free radicals fight against it, by boosting free more radicals due to the extra antioxidant supplements, these pills were actually increased the lifespan of free radicals!
Antioxidants are an inherent part of a healthy diet, as in fruit and vegetables, and yes these foods all have links to a healthier life by providing essential vitamins and minerals, but by taking extra antioxidant supplements, this isn’t particularly effective in stopping the effects of ageing.

Some animals, in particular in worms, have shown that mutating certain genes can increase one’s lifespan about 4-fold. For humans, that would translate to about 300 years old! Do these results support that there are genes that determine how long we live?

Could Humans live forever?
In my visionary world, the world of Tulanda in my novel: Parallel Realities, we have centenarians walking around with people who have lived for 500 or 1,000 years. What would it be like if we could live for many hundreds of years and keep looking between 30 to 40 years of age?
Ray Kurzweil claims that by 2045, an event known as “the singularity” will occur, and humans will become one with machines. That reminds me of the third movie in the Matrix series. Other futurists envision a world in which a computer serves as a backup for our brain and silicone parts will take the place of frail limbs. This reminds me of a Trans-humanism society.
“I don’t want to achieve immortality through my work. I want to achieve it by not dying.” said American director Woody Allen.
Aubrey de Grey also claims that ageing is merely a disease. Aubrey de Grey a computer scientist, self-taught bio-gerontologist and researcher, is a man of ideas, and he has set himself toward the goal of transforming the basis of what it means to be human.

The Cure for Aging
David Sinclair is a scientist and entrepreneur working on increasing human health, productivity, and lifespan. His research is aimed at understanding why we grow old and using this knowledge to prevent and treat both rare and common diseases. He is working on a ‘cure for aging’ and believes modern medicine can significantly extend the human lifespan.
These are so many different viewpoints on the topic of aging, and I’m sure that the pharmaceutical companies would be aghast if there would be a pill available like David shows at the conclusion of his talk. Or if a pill will one day get onto the market it’s probably so costly (if pharmaceutical companies get hold of it) that its only available for the super rich.
The Age of Methuselah
The meaning of Methuselah’s age has engendered considerable speculation. As the oldest man mentioned in the Bible his story fascinated me as a child. Methuselah was 969 years, older than Noah who was 950 and Adam who was 930, as well as several others whose ages approached 900. Were they perhaps living in the times when the Bosnia Pyramids were built?
The Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids is located in the Visoko River Basin 30km N/W of Sarajevo.
In my article: Was ‘aging’ ever mean to happen? I mentioned more about the discoveries of the Bosnian pyramids; that there were three different types of energies found.
1 the energy goes to the very top and has a frequency of energy 28 kHz
2 the energy flows within the pyramid and improves our molecular structure
3 the energy goes off the pyramid in concentric circles affecting the crops and whole societies
Dr Osmanagic says; when we once again have a clean and permanent energy source that we can use for anything we want, like communication, space travels, transport and it can even manipulate time and space, we would enter into the new world.
Dr. Paolo Macchiarini of the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, is pushing the boundaries of the emerging field of regenerative medicine, which involves using a patient’s own cells to rebuild tissues and organs.

Julian May an American science fiction author with her Galactic Milieu Trilogy has inspired me no end. All her works are situated in the same ‘world’ – our earth from now till 22nd century and six million years before…The major differences are the development the mental powers, rejuvenation by choice and an alien milieu ready to deceive humanity into a mental unity and a one-way gateway to Pliocene Earth.

During these End Times, it is possible now for us to reclaim our souls that have been captive here for a long time.
Our souls are electromagnetic fields of energy that surrounds our human body and it is about a mile in diameter. Its size varies depending on the “age” of the soul, or how far it has progressed through its soul evolution. We have to re-inform our hearts and minds in order to obtain the necessary flow between the “info in and info out”. The soul cannot be fooled and will detect any lies in the system. It will offer healing of the lie though, and it is up to the individual to apply the medication to heal. The medication is usually in the form of truth.

The Truth will set us Free!
We are all in for a huge awakening in a very short time. Not all people are ready to hear what they discuss in this video, but for many, being exposed to the information will ring true. This knowledge could and will lead to a transmutation at a cellular level where human DNA is transmuted into a higher state of consciousness. This gradual shift will affect us all physically and prepares our bodies’ vibrational state for ascension. That is what my personal journey has been about from the early eighties. What you learn in this video is very real for me.

The Shift of Awakening
What we all need to do is forgive and Love ourselves for the past things we have done and been in this school of these lives. This gives us the empathy to forgive and Love each other throughout our planet. It is time to stand up for ourselves and all the other life that gives us life. Listen and Feel from the heart.
Our Hearts cannot be controlled as our minds can. Know that the vast majority of people on our planet are decent folks. They desire the same things as we do. For their children and our future. There are so few that desire war and death and destruction,,,,,, except when the Big bucks can be made.
We all want the Truth and we must live it to bring it forth. It starts we each of us first.
We are all powerful beings that have been lead to believe we are not.
We are not little tiny specks of nothing in an infinite universe.
We are the Universe and we are each other, we are One.
We all need to work together to bring our planet and our lives back into balance as the Paradise it has been and as our own species has disrespected and raped.
We can do this and so much more than we can imagine.
We are well over 7 billion strong and have the capability to change all these things that are out of balance.
We can change everything. let’s all unplug from the lies and plug onto Earth’s love. Let’s all go to a higher dimension of love an peace.
Please place those flaws we all have aside for the good and for the future. Seems impossible but it is not out of reach.

Where Our Attention Goes Is What We Attract
Our minds are very stimulated by what we, feel, hear and observe outside of ourselves. That applies to anything we watch on TV or on the internet. The attention people give to what goes on in social media is an example. There we can join groups that hold our interest. The topics are endless.[image error]
We can use this information in two ways.
The first way is to understand ourselves and our needs better. After all, if we knew why some things capture our attention then we would quickly be able to figure out our core needs and the things that matter to our subconscious mind the most.
Example:
From childhood, I was always [image error]questioning why. Why are we born, why are people dying, why do we grow old, why is the world good for some but so horrible for others?
Actually, I still do question, but over many years, I have learned a great deal. One powerful truth for me is the following: being in the present is the most important. While we are meditating with no outside focus, or while we are focused on something that has our passion, both the direction of our attention is what will manifest the reality we shape around ourselves.
The second way how we can use this information is to capture the attention of others. Whether we are selling a product or just trying to attract someone that we like, or anything that we want to experience in life, we will need to find out what grabs the attention of our target. Each person has different needs and because of these differences what attracts a person might not attract the other. This is why the best way to attract someone to us is to first understand them.
Those two ways are closely related to our core needs.
There seems to be a certain algorithm that runs in our brain whenever we see something. For example, if an image, photo or a video clip streams past on the internet, catches our attention and seems useful, our brain will make us more interested in it or in other words this thing will direct our attention even more.
The advertising business and journalists know this very well. Politicians especially using this knowledge to their advantage.[image error]

Energy flows where attention goes.
What we focus on expands.
What we empower, we attract.
Know ourselves
My intent is to make a difference in my life and to others, meaning whatever I came here to do, or why I was born, that is what drives me.
What we love, we empower.
What we fear, we empower.
What we empower, you attract.
[image error]Emotions like love, fear, gratitude and anger are highly energized states and all have potent creative power.
My own lesson was to shift my focus to the things I could afford. Drawing doodling and reading were my pastimes.
I love reading stories that inspire me, so I wanted to become a storyteller, to inspire others, but before I ever attempted to write my first novel, I became an art therapy teacher.
Teaching people to draw and how to observe something become the hidden gem in my subsequent Art therapy classes.
I learned that people can access their own inner subconscious through doodling.
By discovering exercises for my students who needed to bring out their inner child, and for them to reach out to their higher selves by doodling thoughts on paper, became a full-time job in the nineties.
The video showed the birth of the language of Light workbook.
Today I’m busy with a large project that is connected to my workbook on the language of Light. That each person could do there own Are therapy work at home and if drawn to this work, with the help of the Language of Light workbook, they could start there own doodle workshop business.
[image error]At the same time, I’m busy on a WordPress blog for this project, so I can then publish the articles that I have written on each of the soul qualities, and what effect they have and how these quality vibrations can influence our reality.

Soon the first three journals on the Base, Sacral and the Solar Plexus Chakras are uploaded to Amazon and on our own website. After a month or so many inside pages can be viewed.
The artwork that has been created for this projects, like the journal cover design and the watermarks inside the full-color doodle journals plus the individual soul quality symbol cards for each of the seven chakras are also published on many P.O.D products with redbubble, artsadd, society6, Zazzle, RageOn and Live Heroes.
My reality is a happy one, especially by having the opportunity to publish most of the artwork that has been and is still is created for this project on P.O.D products around the world.
The opportunities for any creative individual are endless.
Rather about our blessings more than our burdens.
Focus on what we want, not on what we do not have
Promote what we love instead of bashing what we dislike
What we can imagine we can make real!
