Quick Question about today’s video...

I posted a 6 second challenge video with Cody Johns. And a lot of you are upset, very upset that I didn’t say or mention in the description box that AmazingPhil was the creator of the original 7 second challenge. And I’m slightly confused. (I’ve since credited Phil, do not fear!) I respect giving credit where credit is due. Of course!

I do A LOT of challenges on my channel. Some challenges I’ve created (that others have used without crediting me and it doesn’t upset me) and others that are variations of challenges that already exist. Should each challenge be credited with the challenge creator? This is a honest question. Do we all have to credit the creator of the girlfriend/boyfriend tags? Blindfolded makeup challenges? If so, who started those? And then how far do we go with what to credit? Should I start crediting the creator of hauls when I do a haul video? I didn’t come up with the idea of “haul videos”, someone else did, therefore they deserve credit like Phil, yes? Let me know your thoughts, I’m honestly really curious about this. What do you think?
