Radio and Television

Last Week I heard Trevor Noah on BBC Radio 4.  He was the wittiest, funniest, most intelligent, hilarious, spot on comedian and social observer I have ever heard on radio or television.  He is a mixed race South African and his observations and accounts of how he sees himself, and how he is seen in different cultures is truly entertaining.
Whilst on the subject of entertainment, I watched the first episode of 'Babylon', and now it seems to have disappeared.  What did they do with it?
And...has anyone else got hooked on Salamander?  Saturday night detective thriller about a policeman in Belgium.  Brilliant.  Last Saturday's episode ended with a car explosion ...right out of the blue and totally unexpected.  Double episodes, so you don't have to keep waiting for the next bit - well, you do but the viewing experience comes in large chunks, which is better than one hour chunks.
Am I watching too much telly, do you think?

Teeth

On a more personal note, last week I finally had my new implant teeth fitted.  It's been a long road, starting with tooth extractions last July.  I am so pleased with them, I am considering having them declared an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  I will no longer have to smile on photographs with my mouth shut, as on the photo on the right, and am presently practising with an entirely new style of smile.
