Walk London site by TFL

I don’t know if it has been launched, relaunched, revamped or I am just very late to it, but I received  an email from TFL about this site which features informations and maps to walk in London, including some walks which remind of some of Iain’s most impressive expeditions.

A new book of poems, Seeschlange – Launch and reading at Swedenborg

I have a new book of poems, Seeschlange, published by Equipage (Cambridge) in an edition of 300 copies.

I delighted that Rod Mengham has allowed me to smuggle out another fugitive catch of notebook poems, short texts and soundscapes, from his Equipage press. Seeschlange really is about ‘waiting for the past of happen’. [...]

I’m trying hard to get the time to work on a big book, to be delivered by December. It’s called The Last London. (About right, after Brexit), my ‘final’ tilt at our stretched city. The end of a long sequence.

Haggerston park
