And here it is! The Cover Reveal of Hunted!

Hunted, Book One of The Gates Legacy

 Deep in the heart of New York City’s underworld, a horrible disease is ravaging the vampire community. Constantly faced with one frustrating dead-end after another, a stroke of luck leads her to an underground facility that she suspects is the lair of the monster for whom she is looking.  Upon learning more about the truth behind the secret bunker, Jordan must fight against her growing feelings of friendship and concern for the facility’s inhabitants. One man in particular threatens to pull her heart away from her sworn mission. There is something behind Harrow’s dark lenses that unsettles the hardened female. Once again, she trembles and hungers for something other than red-stained revenge. Is love strong enough to override her hate-fueled thirst for vengeance?

 Lorenz Font discovered her love of writing after reading a celebrated novel that inspired one idea after another. Hunted, the first book of The Gates Legacy trilogy, is her debut novel. Written in forty-five days, the grueling writing schedule was a personal challenge, even though she thought it was madness at first.

She enjoys dabbling in different genres with an intense focus on angst and the redemption of flawed characters. Her fascination with romantic twists is a mainstay in all her stories.

She currently lives in California with her husband, children, and two demanding dogs. Lorenz spends most of her free time writing while also working as a Business Office Manager for a skilled-rehabilitation hospital.

Two more days til the BIG Day!!

Can you believe it?! The day is almost here! I’m so excited I can barely sleep. I’m really excited about the website going live but so much more nervous because if the cover reveal! I’m so proud of the cover! A lot of time and thought went into this amazing cover! The artist lived in my brain–sorry for her–and nailed the vision of not only Hunted, but my vision for The Gates Legacy overall. She is amazing and will get her reveal as well. Big, big day!

Happy Groundhog Day!

No Matter What…

 

 

As excited as I am about the reveal on Monday, I am anxious and of course, a little scared.  Honestly, a lot scared. Stepping out and putting my words and feelings in front of everyone to see is very difficult for me.  I am usually apprehensive about talking about or “selling” myself.  

With this week coming to the end, and the weekend of edits looming ahead, I just have to say that if it wasn’t for my supportive family and friends, I wouldn’t be able to put myself out there.  Even with the stress of Real Life: full-time job and edits, and blogging and getting ready for a blog tour and…you are always there supporting and encouraging me to keep going.

Thanks for always pushing me to smile, enjoy the fruits of my blood, sweat and tears, and most of all…Laugh!  At myself, at the people who just don’t get it and the stress of real life.

I am living my dream and couldn’t be happier!  Really!  ;)

So, how is everybody doing this week?  Things are moving quickly now as the website is close to going active (February 5) along with the book cover reveal for Book One of The Gates Legacy: Hunted.  I can’t tell you how excited and nervous I am.  

It’s a dream that’s been a long time coming, and I couldn’t have done it without my family and friends in the fandom.  You know who you are!
