Thoughts about Thoughts: Who is in control?
Image: Google Search
Have you ever thought of oppressing a thought just because
no one would understand?
Or, almost spoke your heart; except for the most important
part?
It happens more than quite often, Right?
When there is a sense of being judged; we end up feeling the
other way. Most such times it never mattered what your thoughts were, but they
all were lost with the time. It

Counting Stars: Life-Perception-Peace
There are things that you hear more
often than usual, and all of them are appreciable at all. Some term it as a
concern or care for you, while it’s always, ALWAYS a perception that
is formed with lack of interference of theirs in YOUR life. When you react in any way, humble or sharp,
they nag on you that you are being a jerk and being hypersensitive. Have you
had any incident like this?

#ShortStory: The Last Time
I am clean since last seven years. Last time I took those drugs when I proposed her; it was when we were driving back to her home; it was when I saw her eyes open for the last time; it was the time when I heard her voice for the last time.

#Disconnect
Often I had been asked why I write about being
'disconnected' from virtual world like social networking sites, instant
messengers and everything which is possibly a phenomena of 'being social' in
today's world. And that too on Social Networking sites!
Quite contradictory, eh!
Well, let's put it other way.
If you really know me for Real, you wouldn't have asked on
first place.

It's been months since I read any new book. Last new book I read was way back in September. All this while I preferred reading the spiritual and non-fiction books. Probably I had no purpose of reading any fiction that I just bought for the sake of a friend or an acquaintance. One must find time to read what

The Last Wish
“If I knew that today would be the last time I’d see you, I would hug you tight and pray the Lord be the keeper of your soul. If I knew that this would be the last time you pass through this door, I’d embrace you, kiss you, and call you back for one more. If I knew that this would be the last time I would hear your voice, I’d take hold of each word to be able to hear it over and over again. If I knew this is the last time I see you, I’d tell you I love you, and would not just assume foolishly you know it already.”
― Gabriel García Márquez
This quote always made me wonder how a person can so closely accept the ultimate truth of life. The way it defines the wishful thinking of a person who knows that there is no way to create an exception to the circle of life, but accept it.
Is it true that memories are the only way to keep someone, who is long gone, with us, forever?
I think Yes. Because the way you remember people, is the way you used to be with them. Every moment, good or bad, happy or sad, becomes so real that you start living them all over again. If only there is a way to turn the clocks backwards and get back to the time when everyone was with you; it's through the memories.
One more thing I learned from this quote is that we must express out affection, care, love towards people who matter to us. Otherwise the uncertainty of life could leave a scar in heart forever.
Do you have any such quote and its interpretation according to you?

Purpose: of Life, of Existence
“Do we really need a purpose to do something?”
This question is answer to the very existence of mine. If there is no purpose, I might not breathe even. Everything, every single entity around me is encircled within the word Purpose.
Once I had a friend, with whom I usually had conversation regarding Software Technology, as he was working with a major IT firm. One day he told me that he is writing
