The Sequel to The Weakest Link is almost finished!
All the writing has been completed, and I am now at the checking it through for spelling mistakes stage. I hope to have it ready for proof reading soon and am hoping to start arranging the cover. I will keep everyone posted as to when it will be released. Thanks for reading.

Hip Replacement, recovery, progress,scar, exercise.
I am recovering really well after my full hip replacement just a few weeks ago and am now back to teaching all my fitness classes. I did manage to get back to work teaching the classes all be it carefully after 2 weeks with assistance and 3 weeks independantly. I have a series of very short video diaries on U Tube under the titles 'hip replacement UK Fitness Instructor' and have labelled them in order 1,2,3 etc, if you would like to follow my progress and see how the scar is healing.
My eight week review with the surgeon is in Feb 13 so I will report on range of movement then, although it is really good at the moment. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions regarding my procedure and don't forget to check out my book, The Weakest Link, a thriller now available on kindle and kobo.
