It’s so weird—I’m so excited to hear back from editors. I can’t stop thinking about it. I need figure out a project to put ...

Homeschooling–Captain’s Log Day 1
We did some language arts this morning. How I wish I could just be like Read for an hour while I go screw around on my laptop and maybe answer an email. That wouldnt work. They need more structure than that.
It went well for Jackson. He read for a solid thirty minutes than did his writing prompt Who is your least favorite character and why? I told him to write seven sentences to which he responded SEVEN!!!??? and I immediately backed down to Five because thats what I learned in all those...

I’m releasing Stagecraft for Free
Next week, starting on Monday, Ill be publishing my novel STAGECRAFT here under the tab Read Stagecraft (FREE). Every few days, Ill post another chapter. So it will be serialized. Just like how Charles Dickens used to do. Except I wont get paid like him or be responsible for some of the greatest British novels of all time like him or write about super poor people like him.
Still, we do how Chuck Dickens do.
Look for the Prologue on this website on Monday morning. If you have to stay inside...
