The Walsh Family

Picture The Walsh family. Wow. So much to say.

For starters, I love the idea of a big family juicy with relationships, drama, and love. I enjoyed seeing the relationships between the sisters-in-law, the brothers, between the brothers and their wives, and the all important matriarch: Birdie.

Bridget Walsh aka Birdie is such a fun character. She is beautiful, bright, accomplished, interesting, and complicated. No one really knows the real Birdie. I especially like seeing Birdie through Shoshana's eyes....

Readers and Authors (and holidays too!)

I can't believe we are already nearing the end of December which means that New Year's is around the corner and we are into 2014…Wow!

The holidays are a good time to escape and read a book. It is a chance to exit out of your world for a little bit and enter into someone else's. There is nothing like curling up with a good book in front of a fireplace or by a Yule log image crackling from your television screen. :)

When you open the pages of a new book or the contents load on your e-reader scree...

Post Valentine's Day, a few weeks before spring!

Picture Just wanted to say hello!

Hope everyone had a fun Valentine's Day!

I am cheesy and love Valentine's Day...all of the red and hearts. Kind of cute, not going to lie. My husband and I go to the same restaurant every year and love it. It is fun having a tradition to look forward to.

It is cold in the district today, but looking forward to SPRING, which is right around the corner.

Have a good day!
Jess
