Truth as Scary as Fiction--or Scarier!
When I published Code Word: Paternity last September I knew it was meticulously researched and authentic. I didn’t know its plot would soon become the stuff of actual headlines, Recent events in North Korea—its third nuclear bomb test and what the rulers say about the United States as enemy number one—relate so directly to the plot of Code Word: Paternity that I could have written them as a prologue. As a writer of political thrillers, I’m excited to see my book’s plot validated by current events. But as a human being and an American, I’m concerned.
