Ducks

Well, there was a flock of ducks high in the ash trees in my yard this morning. Never seen that before so now I will be looking for swimming squirrels this summer.

On the book front, I am probably three-quarters of the way done with a new book with a new protagonist and my editor just returned the next Danny Carlisle book for me to review. I'm into the writing now, so the Danny Carlisle will likely sit until I finish.

Six inches of snow expected here this week. Hope your forecast looks better.

Early Morning

Took an early walk this morning, the sun gnawing at the edges. Men and machines still tucked away, leaving me and the world at peace for the moment. Time to learn some more about my new protagonist.
