Warning! Before you pick up this book make sure you have enough time to read it in one or two sittings, as soon as you start reading it you will not be able to put it down till the very last page…I do not want to spoil any of this story, I will only say that the next turn of events are fast paced and will leave you racing through the book desperate to find out what has happened to Elizabeth previous to her existence in the institution.
This book is thrilling and keeps the reader thoroughly engaged throughout.
A well deserved 5 stars from me.

Barb is thrilled to announce she has accepted an offer of publication from Harlequin Intrigue for a 3-Book deal. Here’s the announcement from Publisher’s Marketplace: Marsal Lyon Literary Agency Just sold! – Barb Han’s HER SECRET PROTECTOR, the story of an escaped killer bent on revenge who is closing in on the WitSec participant who put him away and the U.S. Marshal who will risk everything to protect her, in a 3 book deal to Harlequin Intrigue.

Romancing the Book has given Seducing Avery its highest rating: Rose That Rules All, Magnificent, I LOVED it and forever will!
Here’s an excerpt from the review:
This is the first book I have read by Barb Han, and I am now a big fan. Her writing style and voice kept me riveted from beginning to end. She brought this story and the characters to life with her vivid descriptions of the characters and setting.
The story is told from the points of view of Avery and Ryker. Throughout the story, each one of them has to grow in order to trust the other, and the author succeeded in showing this…after making them suffer, of course.
All in all, a really good, steamy romance, and I look forward to reading more from Barb Han.
