Tetris Distracts the Brain from ‘locking in’ Memories Causing PTSD

A new study, published in the journal Molecular Psychiatry, March 28th,  shows that if you distract your brain from reliving the memory of traumatic event, for example by playing the video game Tetris, it could stop the memory from causing PTSD Source: Youtube
