Cappello's, Open the Mind Exercise the Soul is for anyone who is interested in the psychic nature and abilities we have left untapped in ourselves. It is more than an overview.It's an, I can do this book! John has taken the mystery out of this subject and made it clear each that of us have the capability to raise our awareness to psychic levels. He introduces the many levels and types in a clear concise style. Filled with his experiences in the various categories.
An enjoyable read for me. It does lead to your own experiential treats as you apply what you read......TT
