But what if he stops her first?

Bree's Mother Could Have Stopped Bree, If Only She Had Known by Rod Kackley

It's easy to see in this excerpt from  A Wicked Plan: Book 1 From the St. Isidore Collection  by Rod Kackley, that Bree went bad early in life:

The younger boys did her homework. The older boys bought her cigarettes. They did anything she wanted. Without question. Without fail. They always wanted a little something in return.
No, that is wrong. They wanted it all.
Bree gave them a little something for a little something.
When they gave more, she gave more.
But still, the boys were nothing but a means to an end.
Just the way, Brianna wanted it.

* * * “I really don’t think Brianna knows anything about sex,” Debbie said to Laura, one of the women on her cleaning crew who was twice as old as Debbie with three times as many miles on her soul.
Whispering the last word of the sentence, her eyes banging back and forth in her head as she looked to the right and the left to make sure no one else in Billy’s Lounge heard what she had just said about her baby.
“But, my baby knows everything about how to get what she wants,” Debbie explained, lifting her head and looking around proudly to make sure everyone had heard that, nodding her head as she reached for her cigarette.
The Bic flicked. The Marlboro glowed.
“Still, self-control is getting to be an issue,” Debbie said.

* * *

Bree only wanted what every girl had on MTV: fame, fortune, and freedom. And she was willing to do anything to get it. Bree was willing to go all the way.

A Demon's Chasing Heather: Here's Why by Rod Kackley, author of The St. Isidore Collection

Tim Sheldon, St. Isidore’s most notorious criminal, is back from the dead, in Wicked Justice, and he wants, you guessed it,  justice.
He’s chasing Heather, a young woman, who completely disrespected Tim when he was a biology teacher and her coach at St. Isidore High School.
This snapshot from A Wicked Plan: Book 1 From the St. Isidore Collection will give you an idea of where Tim’s relationship with Heather went wrong:
***
Heather couldn’t breathe. Her heart stopped. When she got her breath back it came in the gasps of hyperventilation. Tim thought it was the heavy breathing of an orgasm. Just like his.Tim was wrong of course, just like he had been mistaken about the same thing so many times.Heather fell over backwards. Tim’s mouth lost its suction on her nipple. His left hand moved down from his back to her butt, while the other worked its way deeper between her legs. She hit the ground. He got down beside her. She burst into tears. Tim stopped breathing heavy. He started breathing quickly. Tim was worried.“I am sorry. I am sorry. I am so sorry, Heather,” he said. “Please, please forgive me. That will never happen again.”Heather couldn’t think of anything to say. Her mind had completely locked down. She never had a problem with authority. Heather always did exactly what she was told. That’s what her parents taught her. That’s what her church taught her. If there was anything Heather knew, it was that she had to have respect for her elders, her parents, her pastor, and her teachers, especially the teachers.“I am sorry, please forgive me,” Tim said again, crawling on his hands and knees as Heather scuttled away from him in an upside down frog walk, hands, butt and heels escaping from this authority figure who had violated her trust and crossed the line.Heather wasn’t fast enough. Tim was on top of her, their lips inches apart, his six-foot, three-inch body over her five foot, two-inch frame.“I don’t know what came over me. It was Satan. It had to be Satan,” Tim said. He ran his fingers through her blonde hair.“Pray with me. Please pray with me.”Heather prayed with Tim. As she told her mother a few years later in a confession from college, she had never turned down a prayer request before, and couldn’t do it that time. She prayed with Tim in a reflex reaction.“Besides, maybe this was my fault,” she told her mother, a sentence the woman cried over for the rest of her life.Still, the next sentences were even worse for a mother to hear.“Mr. Sheldon looked at me, with his face really close to mine and said, ‘Was there any part of that you enjoyed?’”

Welcome to The Suicide Forest by Rod Kackley

The Suicide Forest became a worldwide sensation when cable TV news crews discovered a local high school teacher, Tim Sheldon, had been killing people and hanging them out to dry in the forest's trees for decades.
The people of St. Isidore didn't want to admit it to anyone outside their community. But they knew Tim had been doing it. They had lost count of the number of bodies that had been found in their forest, all of the dead boys, girls, men and women who had either stripped themselves naked and hung themselves, or were stripped and murdered.
For some reason the former was easier for St. Isidore to accept than the latter, so the town went with it.  Suicide.  After all, who wants to think about living next door to a serial killer?
Repeat anything enough and people will believe it, especially when they want to believe it and everyone around them wants to believe it too.
St. Isidore decided it liked the Suicide Forest.
The world fell in love with the Suicide Forest.
Soon people from around the world, who were tired of living for one reason or another, or maybe they wanted to send a message to formerly loved ones, or perhaps they were chronically and desperately ill, started hanging themselves in the trees of the Suicide Forest.Others got creative.

“Sometimes even to live is an act of courage.”
― Seneca
Now Bree needs Tim's help to make her dreams come true. She wants fame, fortune, and freedom. And she wants it all now. More people are going to have to die. The only question is, will Bree find herself swinging in the trees of the Suicide Forest.
The answer is in A Wicked Plan: Book 1 From the St. Isidore Collection by Rod Kackley. Click on the Buy Now tab in the right-hand column, and order your autographed edition today.

Where do these stories of dark, realistic, paranormal, horror, and crime come from?

A reporter asked me once if writing stories about a place called the Suicide Forest was some kind of self-medicating therapy for my soul. Could be, but I doubt it. Repairing damaged souls is not what the St. Isidore Collection is about. What damages those souls is far more interesting.

The St. Isidore Collection, which begins with A Wicked Plan , the story of a teenager who wants three things: fame, fortune, and freedom, is a series of books that are all based on true stories.

These novels and short stories are sometimes tales of paranormal activity, horror and supernatural crime and fantasy. Some of the stories include demons and ghosts. Others are thrillers, filled with mystery and suspense that tell the stories of baby boomers who see the finish line of life approaching sooner than they believed it would,  young adults falling in love, love triangles, even criminal insanity, and almost always some form of crime and punishment.
,
But that begs the question: Where do these stories come from?

I find stories, like the story of a teenage girl who was said to have been kidnapped. Her alleged abductor was shot to death by police before he could be questioned.

First I asked myself, what if it was all her idea? And if it was her idea, what could go wrong?  The answers to those question gave me the plot to A Wicked Plan: Book 1 from the St. Isidore Collection.

Wicked Justice: Book 3 From the St. Isidore Collection gives this middle-aged serial killer, now a murderous demon, an opportunity to get even. And when he hears opportunity knocking, Tim kicks opens the door.
