Cover Reveal!!
I've been writing, writing, writing. Trying to finish up on second Sloan brothers book, so I can hand it to my betas. But Lily's cover is done. (You remember Lily from Every Which Way, right? RIGHT?) Well, she's getting her own book. It would be a tragedy if her story wasn't told!!
But. this. cover. I need to fan myself. Revealing this cover is worth a small break!! Once I finish Breaking the Wrong, I can't WAIT to really work on her book.
So here it is, The Sixteenth Need , the first in the Partlow Series.
"Before Rennick Blake, I was just Lily Partlow, the oldest daughter of our town's strictest pastor. Multiple eyes were on me, watching my every action—waiting for me to mess up.
When I met Rennick at sixteen, he became my escape. He took me out of my protective shell and showed me what it meant to be free.
Our lives would drift apart throughout the years. I saw him, clashed with him, loved him sixteen times.
My past should have shown me the error in loving him. It never did.
Rennick Blake was my sin and my addiction.
He was my sixteenth need."

Breaking the Wrong Teaser
Today is the kind of day that needs a teaser. ASAP!!
Maybe I was crying here because Lamb Chops was cancelled? Yes, it's one of 'those days.' Look at young, little Calia. I feel like she was warning me for the craptastic days I'd have ahead in my life.
I've been nervous while writing Breaking the Wrong. Nervous, but now I'm becoming so excited. I'm starting to fall in love so hard with this story.
(If you haven't read Every Which Way, don't read this teaser! Spoilers Ahoy!)

Emilia was a watcher. She loved to observe everything. When she was six she used to watch PBS just to watch Bob Ross on The Joy of Painting. He’d describe everything he was doing—why he was blending colors together, how hard to press down on the brush. Emilia was too young to know or care what he was talking about. She just liked catching all the details. From the beginning to end, she liked to take note of every change. The first time she talked to Macsen she made sure to absorb every feature. Now that she was seeing him for the first time since May she could see that he had changed. His dark hair was longer and messed up. If Lennon was here she’d call it, ‘Fuck me hair.’ His skin was darker than before which made Emilia wonder how he wasted his summer days. Lounging around in a pool. Definitely. But it was his build that threw her off. He was lean before, with enough muscles that he didn’t appear gaunt, but now he was filled out. It was a tiny change, but anyone who was familiar with him would notice the same thing. Emilia didn’t know how she felt about the end result of Macsen. Enemies were supposed to look bad. Enemies weren’t supposed to make you think, “If David Gandy had a younger brother...”

Brain. Is. Fried.
After
Every Which Way
was released, I was on this book high. I didn't know what to do afterwards. I kind of just roamed around my house like it was the first time I was ever seeing it.
Probably because I was getting frustrated. Fast.
I was working on Breaking the Wrong, but not at the speed I wanted. When I started Severine's story it really didn't stop until I typed, "The End." The second book is coming along, but it's practically making my emotions bleed out.
Maybe that's really good or maybe I need help. :)
But then I started thinking about Unravel ... I've been pushing that poor book aside for the last few months. On my desk, Unravel's cover is right next to the Sloan covers and I really started to miss my characters from that series.
So I started looking through it. And then I started taking things away, and adding parts in and I started to fall back in love with my first little brain child!
Chances are, I'll probably release Unravel before Breaking the Wrong. I'm pushing for a release date of spring 2013 for Breaking the Wron g. I don't want that to change.
But that means my brain is so fried.
I've never written two books at once. For me, it's strange to switch from one set of characters to another. But I really can't get either story out of my head!!
Soon, I want to give you all a snippet of Unravel. I want to show you Naomi, Ezra, and Alexander. I want to show you why I've had this story tucked tight to my heart for so long.

Published.
I think everyone has dreams. We all have something we hope we can achieve. I know I'm not the only one who allows those to get swept under the rug.
Life kinda scatters things and makes you distracted.
But this past week I did something I've waited for...YEARS! Today I accomplished MY dream!
I pressed publish.
The past few days have been kind of amazing. Some days I wanna vomit because I know Severine's story is out there for the world to see, but then I remind myself that I followed through with my dream.
Very rarely I can say that. I'm the girl that VOWS she's gonna work out every day for her New Years Resolution but then the next thing you know I'm watching Pride and Prejudice and I'm attacking a plate of cookies with a gusto. (True Story)
I take screen shots of those 'WHAT THE CRAP' rankings. Rankings I didn't expect.
I was giddy the minute I sold my first book, it went crazy after that and now I'm in complete shock.
So, if you read my book. Thank you! Danke, danke, danke!! You've made one my biggest dreams come true!!
I've read every comment on Fb page. Every single one makes me tear up with happy tears.
THANK YOU!!

Why like my author page?
It's all simple. I want to share something with you. Not just "anything". I want to share the cover to the Second book in the Sloan Series!!
Every Which Way is SO close to coming out and well...I have no patience. The longer I look at this gorge cover, the more I start to drum my fingers on my desk.
