When calling the attention of a co-worker’s major personality flaw, is it more satisfying to a) have them recognize the flaw and make an attempt to remedy it, or b) have them eschew the topic, and you therefore rally the rest of the associates in a round of derisive scorn, thereby turning the subject into a pariah?
