Well I had a great day, and I was able to get the rest of Chapter 2 of Sidney's Legacy all done.  By the time I read back through it tonight it was up to 5,440# words.  I am pleased with the progress for my New Teen Series Called River Rock Academy.

I am dedicating Tuesdays and Wednesday mornings to working on my Teen Books.  I think this is going to work out really great!

Monday once Again lol

Well the kids were back to School after a very nice vacation.  We had a lot of fun while they were off.  I hope you enjoyed your holiday with family and friends as well.  It was really quiet though this morning as I was getting down to the business of writing. I finshed out the day with over 10,600 words in Forever Levi.  It is coming a long really well.

JK Publishing is offically back to work today.  Although, I did get a little writing done this week.  I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe Holiday.  Now it is back to the real world, and typing away lol.  I love my job!!!!!

My next book I am currently writing is coming along well.

Forever Levi

Second Book in Forever In Your Arms Vampire Series

Blurb:

They were sworn enemies by their people’s beliefs.  Although Alpha Supreme Ramos and Levi were so much more than just enemies—they were fated mates.  This is their story.

Just when they were starting to get know each other, Levi is kidnapped.  He is so well hidden by the “new drug” flowing through his body.  Even his twin, with their unique bond, can’t find him.  This once again calls on the alliance between their two races to help recover the missing Vampire before it is too late…

Will their newfound feelings be enough to breach this unknown force keeping them apart?  Just who has taken his mate?  Ramos will make the person wish for an easy death for daring to touch his mate.

Here is an Excerpt from Forever Levi:

Prologue

“Levi has been kidnapped!”  Ramos shouted to Prince Braxton over the phone!

“Our cars were attacked by a dozen Rebels.  Everyone started fighting and I told Levi to stay close to me.  Of course, he refused.  When we were all fighting, I was still keeping an eye on him.  I saw a man come up behind him, but I couldn’t warn him.  He pulled out a needle and thrust it into his neck.  Then he went down like a ton of bricks.  I’ve never seen anything like it.  Then all the five of the Pack attacked me.  Shit, there was nothing I could do but howl for my pack.  Son of Bitch, I’m going to tear Trace apart when I get him in my hands,” Ramos swore!

“Shit, have you fully mated yet, and formed a link?”  Braxton asked.

“No, he didn’t want to till he officially joined the Pack.  I’ll call an emergency meeting, and we’ll come up with a way to find him.  Can I count on you?” Ramos asked.

“Of course you can!  Now where are we meeting?” Braxton asked.

“Touch of Italy in fifteen.”

“You can count on us.”

Now all they had to do was find Levi, but he seemed to have disappeared into thin air…

Four Days Until Christmas!!!!!

Well this will be the last post until after Christmas.  We are taking the week off at JK Publishing.  I hope everyone has a Wonderful Christmas Week.  Please be safe, and enjoy your family.  If you have the chance give everyone a hug!

I hope you enjoy my poem below.

Sounds of The Children's Laughter

Leaves are rustling against the chimney here; thoughts of the holidays are near.

The sounds of children's laughter, warming my soul, happiness found in the joy found here.

With the smells of cinnamon, drifting through the air, there seemed nothing to fear.

For the holidays were filled, with holiday cheer, bringing to me the feeling of cheer.

Though only celebrating, this once a year, the feeling of excitement filled the air.

The stories being told, children we hold, bringing us holiday cheer to all of those near.

From up in the air, snow fell unto us here, with promises of snow angels to be made here.

Without a shout, the children followed us out, what a sight to behold this night.

Though bundled for snow, their cheeks were rosy from the cold, happiness was held dear.

What a sight to behold, their laughter so bold, filled the night with their delight.

After a while, without an end in sight, on this night a feeling of delight was held by all.

With the chill in the air, the children came in, settling for the night with a cup held so tight.

It was such a sight, the children this night, holding on tight to the cups within their hands.

The aroma just right, filling the night, filled with holiday cheer, the children held there cocoa near.

On nights such as these, we hold our loved ones near, celebrating with holiday cheer.

It is with great hope, we find ourselves here, able to celebrate with all we hold dear.

Wishing Everyone Happy Holidays, and Good Cheer.

Five Days Until Christmas!

 Little Girls

Joyous sounds fill the air this night, carolling door to door.

Giggles coming from the little girls lined up in a row.

The little girls are so sweet their laughter contagious to us all.

The little Girl Scouts making their way serving the community.

They were learning about the environment to help in any way.

Girls involved in many plans from planting trees to learning first aid.

They were building friendships amongst themselves as they go.

The girls had been selling cookies, candies and treats to donate along the way.

Each one learning the gift of charity helps go a long way.

Having so much fun, for work though it was, fun is what they had.

Meeting new people along the way, leaving a little piece of them were they go.

Hugging everyone in sight, and then girls] make it a very interesting night.
