Monday Morning Spanking Chat
Cara Bristol is today's guest for Fika on Governing Ana. Today's topic is The Catch 22 of Writing Domestic Discipline Stories. I think this is a really interesting topic and because I'm lazy and because I think this is a great post, my post today will be about sending you to read another post.
I'll be back with some fascinating post of my own soon. Really.

Six Sentence Sunday---Las Vegas Style
Since I just returned from a trip to Las Vegas, I thought I'd feature Marcie's Luck Runs Out for Six Sentence Sunday. This story is part of my short story collection, The Long Arm of the Law. It's also available in the free spanking stories tab as Spanked in Las Vegas.
In this scene, Marcie is thinking about her husband, Daric, and their marriage.
It hadn’t always been that
way, but

Nanowrimo
Nanowrimo stands for National Novel Writing Month. It's an event that happens every November where participants from all around the world spend 30 days writing their own 50,000 word novel. The idea behind Nanawrimo is to write without the constraints of an inner editor. If you're going to write an average of 1677 words per day, you can't labor over each one. There will be plenty of time for

Writing Wednesday---Spellcheck Isn't Proofreading
I cod right an entree book about whey I hot Spellcheck.
Spellcheck said that was a perfectly good sentence. Why? Because all the words, though used incorrectly, were spelled properly.
And that, my friends, is why I hate Spellcheck.
Just today I saw the phrase "defiantly confirming" writtten by professionals.

I'm Baaaack
Hi Everyone!
I've had my blog on auto-pilot for most of the last week while I've been out and about. I had lots of fun, but now I'm back and eager to re-connect with all of you. I'll probably also need to re-acquaint myself with the washer, dryer and vacuum cleaner, but let's not talk about that.
My apologies to my usual visitors and the blogs I usually visit. I hope to be caught up with

Six Sentence Sunday
It's October, so that means we're all getting ready for Halloween. The Spanking Writers are planning a big event with Halloween short stories all around bloggerville. Stay tuned for more details. But, in the mean time, I'm sharing Six Sentences from The Assignment, which is part of The Long Arm of The Law, my short story collection.

A Balancing Act
Recently I was out of town for a few days with limited (ok, almost zero) internet access. It was scary, but then a funny thing happened...the world kept spinning even without my fascinating blog posts or tweets. No crises arrived in my email inbox (because they never really do) and no one ranted about not hearing from me (that hurt a tiny bit, but I'm ok).
And...I relaxed. Being connected all

Chat Amongst Yourselves
I'm going to be out of town and I'm not sure how much access I will have to the internet. I'm trying not to panic.
So, while I'm gone, I'm going to encourage you to visit the blogs on my blogroll and maybe make some new friends. But don't replace me because I'll be back!

Six Sentence Sunday
Happy Sunday!
This week I thought I'd show a little love to Twenty One Days to a Better Attitude. Darcy's new neighbor has decreed that he will be at her house every Saturday night to spank her. This week, he's decided to add some corner time, though it takes Darcy a minute or two to figure out his intent.
Ben took her hand, but instead of leading her to the bed, he led her to
