Six Sentence Sunday

This week's six sentences are from the opening of the prequel to my YA Fantasy novel, Trinity. It's first draft, so I'm not sure if they will remain as the opening sentences!Before I post the snippet, I'd just like to say Happy Christmas / Happy Holidays to everyone who stops by here each week.

This week's snippet is from the prequel to Trinity. We're joining Torin again. He's having breakfast with everyone else involved in the peace talks. For those of you who have read Trinity, there's a familiar character.

This week's six sentences are from the first draft of my urban fantasy, Reaper's Rhythm. I finished the first draft on Thursday, so this will be the last snippet I post from it for quite some time. Yesterday I finished the first draft of my urban fantasy, Reaper's Rhythm. I did try to find a final snippet from it, but anything I post now will be a horrible plot spoiler. So instead I'm posting something from the untitled prequel to Trinity.

Thursday Write Up

Is it me, or are the weeks just flying by? These Thursday posts seem to come round really quickly! Apparently there's only 12 sleeps until Christmas. This year has vanished quickly as well. I'm busy preparing for Christmas (although the tree hasn't gone up yet!) and need to start the not so fun task of wrapping presents soon.

Friday Snippets

I'm going to share a short snippet from the first draft of my urban fantasy, Reaper's Rhythm, today. I'm getting close to finishing the first draft, which is pretty exciting :) What's also exciting, is this gorgeous character sketch that Bramasta Aji did for me.
