My Sexy Saturday - Sexy Has It

Welcome to the 107thweek of My Sexy Saturday.
This week’s theme: Sexy Has It
We all know sexy has it. As authors, we define ‘it’ every day and write those wonderful, sexy scenes. Sexy has sexy, sexy has love, sexy has wonderful. Sexy has the power to change the world, set people free and everything in between. Sexy is just right and good and oh, so fun to share.
I'm sharing a steamy scene from Monica Beggs , which is now available for preorder.
Did she want him to kiss her? Finn parted his lips in anticipation. He’d never found danger to be a turn-on, but apparently he’d discovered a brand-new world with Monica Beggs. He leaned closer, inhaling a deep breath. Her breasts pushed out to brush his chest. The heat from her body shot straight through his shirt and burned his skin. Finn blinked, realizing how captivated he’d become in a not so ridiculous situation. He’d bloody well better get his mind back in the game if he didn’t want to spend the rest of the day and most of the night making new friends down at the precinct. Reluctantly, he tore his gaze from her luscious body and forced himself to ignore the tight, heavy passion in his groin and in his increased pulse. Getting Monica away safely was too important to let inappropriate thoughts interfere. His fingers found and grasped the cool metal he’d been groping for along the crease of the seat. Click. “Buckle-up, sweetheart.” Finn winked, shooting for humor to offset the tension. Monica’s startled gaze dropped to the seatbelt across her lap. Squeezing her eyes closed, she leaned her head back and let out a self-deprecating laugh. Finn smiled as he stepped away and shut her door. A sensuous flame had ignited between them, a spark they were both drawn to like the proverbial moths.

My Sexy Boyfriend - My Sexy Saturday

This week’s theme: My Sexy Boyfriend
No need to explain it. You all know what a boyfriend is and isn’t. Sexy can be anything, such as romantic moments like walks on the beach, a home cooked meal or even in another galaxy.
It could be two lovers here on Earth dreaming about the day where they go on a magical vacation to another planet. Or staying right here at one of those wonderful places we can find in our own world.
From my upcoming contemporary romance now available on pre-order:

Excerpt:Tanned skin, from endless California summers, painted his rippling muscles that lay exposed to her traveling hands. She splayed her fingers wide to touch as much of the toasty warmth as she could. This man was no feigned actor paid to portray someone he could only wish to be. He wasn’t lit up with a light reflector and three-point illumination kit. There wasn’t a shotgun mic hanging at the end of a boom pole or a film crew whispering into headsets. Finn was real. And for a short while, he was hers.Skimming her hands over his tightly-rounded ass, she hooked her thumbs into the waistband of his jeans and slid them off his lean hips.

Sexy Excerpt:
“Very funny.” Ella eyed the poor excuse for a towel that was laid over the rail of the huge shower stall. The white scrap was no larger than her hand. Beyond the steam, his chuckles stirred her insides and hardened her already pebblednipples. The little washcloth wouldn’t cover enough of her rounded body from his view.
He was probably getting an eyeful through the frosted glass as it were. Distorted to a wavy form, his figure stepped closer and another white towel flipped her way, this one larger.
Grateful for the extra yardage, she grabbed it and wrapped herself in the cottony softness before pushing the shower door open.
“Hello, Sweet-thing.” Al stood across from her, leaning against the door jam, arms crossed, wearing a drop-dead sexy smile on his face.
The Girls singing from her molded breasts, noticed he’d removed his rain soaked shirt and neglected to replace it.
Raw male abdominal muscles flexed and relaxed with every indrawn breath. His long black tail swayed lazily behind.
Her eyes drifted across his male perfection while she admired this Centaur from Elysium.

TROLL-Y YOURS
SHE TAKES A CHANCE.
Determined to forge a better life, Ella launches her new business with high hopes—until a sexy Centaur bumps into her and throws her life off course. Voted “Most Eligible Bachelor in Boronda”, Aleksander shakes up her world and tilts her in more ways than one.
HE’S IN DANGEROUS TERRITORY.
Years of warfare and countless bedroom encounters have stolen Kempor Aleksander’s luster for life. He never expects to rediscover his zeal in the small, redheaded form of Ella the Troll, who fires his blood hotter than the deepest caverns in the forest.
A PASSION SO HOT.
But as trouble lingers in their midst—and edges ever closer—Alek and Ella spiral into troubled terrain. Turning to each other, the pair face down dangers that run impenetrably deep in their mythological world. But will the two lovers discover a passion that runs even deeper?

My Sexy Woman @MySexySaturday #MySexySaturday #Saturday7 #MSSAuthors

Welcome to the 101stweek of My Sexy Saturday.
This week’s theme is My Sexy Woman. Yes, this is our nod to the heroines. You all know what make them sexy and wonderful. Need we say more! You know what we think is sexy and if you’re new to the blog, look at any of the past weeks. We don’t need to explain it. Sexy is sexy and everyone has their own idea of sexy.
Sexy can be anything, such as romantic moments like walks on the beach, a home cooked meal or even in another galaxy. It could be two lovers here on Earth dreaming about the day where they go on a magical vacation to another planet. Or staying right here at one of those wonderful places we can find in our own world.
In my latest release (oooh, love that word!), I have a certain Troll who makes life agonizingly rough for everyone. She’s hard to hate—you want to love her—but her webs of deception weave tragic results.

Meet Pennelope:
From his vantage point on the hillside above the family nest, Eli propped a heel behind him and leaned back. The rock digging into his butt was hard and unforgiving; it matched the disposition of the older female Troll beside him.
Her slender white neck curved as she used the glowing cherry of her herbal smoke to draw tracers in the dark around the Centaur guard in the distance. “Who’s that with Kempor Aleksander?”
“My sister, Ella.”
“Why is she with him?”
“Good question.” Eli stared with gritted teeth through the cover of trees at the embracing couple. “She’s making a huge mistake.”
“How long have they been dating?” Elegant fingers brought the cigarette to her lips, and she pulled a slow drag. Multiple bracelets slid down her arm and jangled softly together.
“I think they just met. Ella opened the new speed-dating service, and the Kempor was in it tonight—like he of all mythics would need it.”
“Hmm, interesting.” Smoke blew in an easy stream from her pursed lips, catching the cool night breeze that, in turn, drifted across his face.
Protected under the trees from the drizzle, they watched the playboy hit on his sister. Ella didn’t seem to mind.
Upwind, the entwined couple had no idea their actions were observed.
“Is it true he avoids relationships like he would the trots?” Eli asked.
Two fingers held the hand rolled cigarette, as her lips tightened around it. She drew on the end, let the smoke linger in her mouth a moment, then inhaled. Air currents caressed the cigarette’s tip and caused the ember to glow between drags. “In all the years I’ve known him, he only had one serious affair. And that one dumped him for something better.”
Eli pushed away from the boulder, away from scents of burning clove, and peered down at his family’s rock. His mother stood out front, shouting for Ella. Gods, how embarrassing. Glancing up the opposite hillside, he saw Kempor Aleksander drop his cupped hands from Ella’s face.
Soft footsteps drew next to Eli. His companion’s fingernails lightly scratched his back, bangles dancing musically. “Don’t worry about her. If there’s one thing I know, Aleksander won’t stick around for long.” The hair at his collar received the same massage treatment. “Come over here, Eli. I want to talk business before I leave.”
He followed his contact back to the rock and watched her fluff out the skirt beneath a belt that defined her small waist. He crossed his arms, widened his stance, then waited for her to continue.
“There’s chatter in Boronda of rebel movement. Heard any of it?”
“The Minotaur I befriended hinted a few things tonight. He would’ve said more if things hadn’t gone south.”
Bracelets sliding in a musical clatter, she clamped the short smoke between her lips. Her hands became busy, pulling a small silver case from the voluminous folds of her skirt, and she spoke around the cigarette, “What happened?”
“Phranq took an interest in Ella at the café. When we left, he bull-handled her and the Kempor took exception to that. We had to leave before they got into it.”
“Damn.”
Her pointed Troll ears twitched with the sounds of the night. Nobody knew how old his contact was, but Eli guessed at least three centuries. If she were older than that, she held her age well.
He waited while she removed a fresh cigarette.
She lit the end with the red tip of the old, and tossed the used butt into a puddle. Taking a drag, she turned to him and asked, “Carryyn couldn’t distract Alek?”
“No. He didn’t want anything to do with her.” Hell, Eli couldn’t blame the man. Even hard up, few would get it on with a Minotaur—not to say he hadn’t before.Movement in the shadows across the stream caught his sharp Troll eyes. The Kempor watched Ella make her way down the foot trail until she dissolved beneath their granite rock. What in the hell did she have in those bags she carried everywhere?
Between the trees in the dim moonlight, the guard weaved his way along the trail, headed toward the palace. His huge muscular torso twisted between the towering elms, making room for the breadth of his shoulders to pass, before his hind end disappeared from view.
Standing next to Eli, his underground contact stared at the black space where the Kempor had stood moments before. The cigarette between her fingers, seemingly forgotten, the dangling ash long. Wisps of reddish hair framed her oval face. Her inscrutable expression was unnerving.
Eli touched her shoulder. “Are you alright?”
A melancholy frown flitted across her features. Then, she smiled, smoothly betraying nothing of her inner thoughts. “I’ll meet you again, in two days at the regular appointed time.”
He nodded and leaned back on the rock. “May I have your name? Something to call you by?”
She lifted her hand to tousle her damp curls, and another flutter of bouncing bracelets erupted. “Yes, now that I know you’re trustworthy. Call me…Pennelope.”
“Be careful out there, Pennelope.”
She rewarded him with a slow, secret smile. One, he wouldn’t claim to understand.
“I always am.”

Murphy sat at the kitchen table, half in the shadows created by the soft light glowing above the stove. A bottle of amber liquid sat on the table in front of him, an empty glass in his hand. His hair was tousled from sleep and to Sara’s dismay, he was naked to the waist. Her gaze landed on his muscled shoulders and trailed across his tanned chest. So much for getting him out of her mind. Now she had the real thing to dream about. Looking at the dark hairs that veed down his chest and disappeared behind the table, she decided he had been right. He was a dangerous man.
She tore her eyes away from temptation and looked at the granite lines of his face. Beneath the hardness of his expression, something haunting lingered. Drawn, she circled the table until she stood at the opposite end.
Murphy met her eyes with coldness that should have sent her running for the safety of her room, but she remained standing in place. He wanted to chase her away. This time she wasn’t running.
“Mind if I join you?” she asked on her way to the cupboard to grab a glass and return to stand over Murphy’s shoulder. She reached for the bottle. The muscles in his shoulders flexed when she leaned over him.
Murphy’s hand snaked out and wrapped around hers, preventing her from pouring a drink.
“I mind,” he growled.
“Well, get over it. I need a drink.”
Scowling, he let go of her hand and allowed her to pour a glass for herself. She refilled his glass next and set the bottle on the table. Then she moved to the chair beside him and sat before lifting her glass in a silent toast.
“Cheers.” She brought the glass to her lips. His eyes on her as she drained the glass made her fight the urge to cough as the fiery liquid burned its way down her throat. Seconds later she felt the familiar warming sensation as it numbed her insides. Her eyes filled with tears. She blinked them away as she reached for the bottle.
Murphy held it away from her. “What are you doing?”
“Having a drink. I’m not in the mood for warm milk tonight.”
His eyes darkened and narrowed. “You don’t strike me as the drinking type.”
She wasn’t, but tonight it sounded good. Maybe it would soothe away her problems and make her forget how screwed-up her life was. Talking about Kent earlier had brought back painful memories. She didn’t want to feel that misery anymore tonight.
“Maybe you don’t know my type,” she said.
Murphy studied her closely for a moment before rubbing a weary hand over his face. “Go back to bed, Sara. Sleep it off.”
“I don’t want to sleep it off. I’m tired of thinking about it.”
Maybe it was the whisky, or the sight of Murphy’s naked chest, or the part of her that had been dormant for six years coming back to life. More than anything she wanted to discover it with Murphy, her strong, scarred hero.
She rose to her feet. Murphy watched warily as she stepped in front of him and positioned herself between him and the table. He leaned back in his chair and sent her a thunderous look.
“You and I are alike in many ways, Murphy,” she said softly. “We both have lost pieces of ourselves we can’t ever get back and it has forced us into a life of loneliness and solitude. I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of being alone.”
Murphy pinned her with a hard glare. “I’m not what you want. Go back to your room before I do something we’ll both regret in the morning.”
His harshly spoken words sent little electrical shocks through her body.
“I’m tired of people telling me what I want,” she said.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Cindy Gerard, Tara Janzen, or Cherry Adair series. Each of these writers have the same flavor with a secret ingredient in their stories as does Jennifer Lowery. Great story!
