Today is cover reveal day for THE EMPTY KAYAK, my soon-to-be-released third installment in the Queen City Crimes Series, which arrives on May 30th. You can pre-order THE EMPTY KAYAK on April 13th on Amazon.

However, the cover is a mystery in itself. When I was working with my publisher, Level Best Books, on the cover, we weren't sure of the direction. So we enlisted help from AI. I plugged in a series of key words into Dall-E-2, and presto...it gave a me hundreds of choices. After some tinkering, we got it perfect!

The cover reflects the tone, plot and mystery behind the title, THE EMPTY KAYAK.
