Midsummer

The Summer Solstice is my favorite day of the year. The light that lasts and lasts–for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere–draws me out into the warm, into the sun, into the green and the flowers. I may spend a good chunk of the longest day inside at the keyboard–but the sun still beams. Girls in New York

Now it’s certainly cool to get your hair and makeup done by professionals, especially pros you know and trust. You provide naked face and undone hair, and they transform you so you look glam.
