Because I read A LOT of types of books, and people are often surprised when I tell them you are one of my all-time favorite writers. You seem to reference a lot of books in your publications. Have you ever written short stories, longer prose, and/or articl
I’ve written a handful of essays over the years but nothing worth digging up and never fiction. It’s funny that you bring it up, though, because I’ve been thinking about trying my hand at a proper novel or at least short story once I finish Our Expanding Universe. We’ll see.
I love comics, of course, but there are some things you can do with prose that you can’t do with comics (and vice versa) (at least not as easily).

Hi Alex! Are you gonna be at Moccafest this weekend? I'm tabling with my friend Jason Poland. I wanted to say hi at spx but I missed you. I drew a title card a long while ago for ink panthers. Hope you're well and hope to meet you sometime.
