SILENCE & COMPASSION: THE ULTIMATE FLOWERING OF LOVE
Satsang weekend with Giten
19 – 21 Juni, 2020 in Stockholm
In this satsang weekend with Giten we will explore how to develop empathy with others and ourselves and how silence and compassion becomes a healing force.
Giten will show us how authentic compassion arises from within ourselves and how it begins with a deep love and acceptance of ourselves. It is only then that compassion blossoms to a healing force, which has its roots in unconditional love and acceptance for the other person as he or she is.
This satsang weekend is supported by satsang with Giten, which is direct insight and experience of being, which can transform your entire life.

“Love begins with yourself, and then it can spread. Love yourself, says Buddha, and then he adds, and watch. That is Buddha’s word for meditation.
The first step is to love yourself, and the second step is to watch. Love is the first step to know yourself.
If you do not love yourself, you will never know yourself.”

Mysteries of Life: Awareness & Spiritual Maturity. Satsang with Giten in Stockholm. May – July, 2020
Mysteries of Life:
Awareness & Spiritual Maturity
Satsang with Giten in Stockholm
May – July, 2020,
Ten Thursday evenings
What is awareness? What is spiritual maturity? What does it mean to grow up to spiritual maturity instead of just growing old? And how does awareness help to achieve spiritual maturity?
Life is an ongoing journey. Your consciousness is as large as the universe. In this satsang series Giten takes us back to the roots of what it means to grow up spiritually, instead of just growing old. Both in our relationship to ourselves, in our relationships with others, and in the fulfillment of our own individual destinies, in this course Giten will remind us of the joy that only true maturity can bring.
Spiritual maturity is to awaken to your silence and nothingness. This is the difficulty: maturity will never give you the idea of nothingness. But unless you touch your inner space, which is nothingness as silent and empty as the sky – it is your inner sky. Once you settle down in your inner sky, you have found a home and a great maturity arises in your actions, in your behavior. Then whatever you do has grace in it. Then whatever you do is poetry in itself. You live poetry; your walking becomes dancing, your silence becomes music.
By maturity is meant that you have come home. You are no more a child who has to grow – you have grown up. You have touched the height of your potential. For the first time, in a strange sense you are not, and you are. You are not in your old ideas, imaginations, in your old comprehension of yourself; all that has gone down the drain.
You have become a stranger to the miserable world. You don’t create misery for yourself or for anybody else. You live your life in total freedom, without any consideration for what others will say.
In this course we will explore two topics to understand how awareness creates spiritual maturity:
Awareness – the master key to life, love and freedom: A man can live in two ways: he can live from the ego, from the periphery of his consciousness or he can live from his being, his center. When he lives from his periphery, he is further away from himself. When he lives from his center, he is close to himself. In this course, Giten will talk about awareness as the master key to discover our inner being, our innermost core.
Underlying all meditation techniques is a quality of being awake and present to the moment, a quality that is called awareness. Once we can identify and understand what this quality of awareness is, we have the key to self-mastery in virtually every area of our lives.
According to Buddha most of us move through our lives like sleepwalkers. Never really present in what we are doing, never fully alert to our environment, and not even aware of what motivates us to do and say the things we do.
At the same time, all of us have experienced moments of awareness -or awakening. On the road, in a sudden and unexpected accident, time seems to stop and one is suddenly aware of every movement, every sound, every thought. Or in moments that touch us deeply-welcoming a new baby into the world for the first time, or being with someone at the moment of death.
Awareness is the master key to become centered and free in every aspect of our lives. In this course, Giten teaches how to live life more attentively, mindfully, and meditatively, with love, caring and consciousness.
Awareness is the method to wake up your being, to help you to become mature, to realize that you are immortal, and – ultimately – to make you one with the whole.
Spiritual maturity: Spiritual maturity is to realize that we are part of life. In this course Giten will also outline the ten major growth cycles in human life, the ten challenges of growing up physically, psychologically and spiritually, from the self-centered universe of the preschooler to the flowering of wisdom and compassion in old age.
This satsang series withb Giten is about the mysteries of life, it is about the deeper meaning and purpose of our lives , which is, ultimately, to flower into our own individual uniqueness and maturity with an attitude of celebration and joy.
Giten will also speak about the art of living, maturity and aging, maturity of spirit, the laws of aging, old age as the door to wisdom, the mature relationship, dependence, needing, loving and giving and that death is not the end.
This satsang series will be supported by silence satsang with Giten. Satsang is a meeting in love, truth and silence. It is a direct insight and experience of being. It is a new way of being, which can transform your entire life.
Now something new can arise in you, absolutely new and virgin, which transforms your whole life into joy.
If you become alert and aware of your being, you are blessed.

SWAMI DHYAN GITEN
Swami Dhyan Giten, spiritual teacher and author, has more than 30 years of experience in individual counselling and in teaching awareness and meditation. He is trained in both modern psychology and in classic Eastern methods for awareness and meditation in USA, Italy, Sweden and India.
Giten experienced his first satori, his first glimpse of spiritual awakening, when he was 9 years old. This created a deep thirst and longing in his heart and being to return to this natural and effortless experience of being one with the Whole.
Swami Dhyan Giten has dedicated his life to teach the art of awareness and meditation. He conducts individual consultations, seminars and courses internationally. His quotes, articles and books have touched the hearts of thousands and are appearing with increasing frequency in magazines, blogs and websites.
Since he began to meditate when he was 15 years old, he has dedicated his life to the study and exploration of the inner journey in order to move out of his own way, to be in a flow, and to discover the authentic inner being, the meditative quality within, the inner silence and emptiness, the capacity to surrender to life.
He does not belong to any spiritual group or tradition; he is only interested to explore what it means to live with open eyes.
Giten’s first professional passion when he was 15 years old was to become an actor. After training as an actor, he worked as an actor until he was 23 years old. Working as actor taught him a lot about life and to emphatically understand the situation and life of other people, since acting is really a spiritual occupation. It taught him about spirituality, since working as an actor means to play a role totally, while at the same time as you know deep down that you are not the role you are playing. After working as an actor for a number of years, Giten began to understand that his early passion for theatre was really an unconscious search for a spiritual discipline. When he realized this, he began to feel a thirst to work with people in a more direct way in awareness and meditation.
In 1982, when Giten was 23 years old, he was directed by the Divine presence in a trance session with the American trance chancellor Lin David Martin: “You have listened to your intuition, to your true inner voice, more than most. You have been searching for the contact with the Spirit for a long time and now it is beginning to manifest on the outer plane. You have been gifted many times in previous embodiments and now everything will come rather easy for you. I want you to put your energy into the lives of others, because you can”.
A spiritual teacher, who has counseled thousands of people, told Giten in 1984: “You will dissolve into the silence. All the earlier enlightened Masters and all the small Deva’s are just here to help you to get enlightened.”
In satsang, Giten has talked about a variety of topics of concern for the modern man during satsang for example love, joy, relationships, acceptance, understanding, intuition, healing, trust, creativity, friendship, spiritual growth, evolution, society, life, meditation, silence, spirituality, mysticism, psychology, truth, wisdom, death, unity with life, God and enlightenment. He has also talked about a number of spiritual teachers and traditions such as Vedanta, Yoga, Tantra, Veda, Upanishads, Ayurveda, the chakra system, Tao, Buddha, Lao Tzu, Patanjali and Jesus Christ.
Satsang with Giten works as a prolonged shaktipat (transmission of spiritual energy), which both creates immediate result – together with effect that becomes obvious during the coming weeks and months after the intensive. When Giten pursued an advanced training in spiritual healing in USA 1984, he was told that he had the capacity to become a seventh chakra healer, a spiritual healer, to act as a catalyst and channel for spiritual energy from the seventh chakra through the heart. The last 30 years has meant to develop and deepen this capacity to an instrument of subtle catalytic effect, which Giten uses in satsang.
Silence is the only way to convey truth – from one silent heart to another silent heart. A man of silence moves with a certain field of energy around him, and if you are receptive, his vibe starts touching your heart. Giten has developed a quality of subtle catalytic effect, which can help you to a direct insight and realization of being. It is a silent transmission from one silent heart to another silent heart. Participants in the 1-day Satsang Intensive with Giten commented that there occurred spontaneous moments of deep silence and emptiness. The Satsang participant Prem Mukta said: “Giten’s work is of the beyond, it leads you beyond yourself, which I love.”
He is author of the best-selling book in Swedish Meditationens Sång – Om meditation, relationer och kreativitet (Solrosens forlag, 2001, available from Internet book store Adlibris: www.adlibris.com), and The Silent Whisperings of the Heart – An Introduction to Giten’s Approach to Life (2008, available as paperback at Internet book store Lulu: www.lulu.com/spotlight/Giten) and as free e-book at Obooko.com), Presence – Working from Within. WISDOM OF THE HEART: INTUITION & INTELLIGENCE with Swami Dhyan Giten during the Easter, 11-12 April, 2020 in Stockholm
WISDOM OF THE HEART: INTUITION & INTELLIGENCE
– INTUITION, THE INNER GUIDE, THE MASTER WITHIN
with spiritual teacher and mystic Swami Dhyan Giten
During the Easter, Saturday and Sunday, 11-12 April, 2020 in Stockholm
Wisdom comes from the heart. Wisdom comes from the innermost depth of your being, not the intellect.
Our intuition is the inner teacher, the inner guide, the inner master.
The old Indian scriptures say that the outer spiritual teacher is helpful to find your own intuition, your own inner teacher, your truth.
Intuition is to create a trust in yourself and in your intuition, your inner guide, the inner master. Intuition is to learn to listen to the still, small voice within, and that will guide you.
You have to be silent, quiet, so you can listen to the still small voice within you, and then follow it. Wherever it leads, it is good. Go in deep trust, following your own voice.
The more you come in contact with the inner silence, the inner emptiness, the more you have access to your intuition. Silence is the nourishment for intuition. If something increases your love, joy and silence, it is the criterion that it is the right path for you. If something decreases your love, joy and silence, it is a sign that you are on the wrong path.
Do not compare yourself with others when it comes to take a decision about what you should do, follow the love, joy and silence of your heart and inner being. When you are in contact with your inner silence, you just know what you should do – you do not have to think about it, and you do not need not compare the pros and cons – you just know. You can listen to the advice of others, but always listen to your intuition, to your inner teacher and guide in life, when you take the final decision. The intuition, the language of silence, will always lead your right.
In 1982, Giten was directed by the Divine presence in a trance session with the American trance chancellor Lin David Martin: “You have listened to your intuition, to your true inner voice, more than most. You have been searching for the contact with the Spirit for a long time and now it is beginning to manifest on the outer plane. You have been gifted many times in previous embodiments and now everything will come rather easy for you. I want you to put your energy into the lives of others, because you can.”
Intuition means something that arises from within inner being. Intuition is the voice of being and consciousness. It is your potential, which is why it is called intuition. Unless you have your intuition, unless you have your own wisdom, your own vision, your own clarity, your own eyes to see, you will not be able to understand the mystery of existence. To give meaning to your life, to your heart, existence has given intuition to your heart. Out of intuition arises the possibilities of art, of love, of friendship – intuition will lead you to wisdom, to enlightenment. Then your life is a life of immense light, joy and serenity.
Intuition makes a man wise – call it enlightenment or awakening, those are simply different names from wisdom.
Intuition brings meaning to life, joy, blessings. Intuition gives you the secrets of existence, brings a tremendous silence, which cannot be disturbed and which cannot be taken away from you.
During this course Giten will talk about the following topic to help us developing a trust in ourselves and in our intuition: the three levels of the human consciousness: the head, the heart and the being, hinders to developing intuition: knowledge, intellect and politics and strategies to help developing a trust in ourselves and in our intuition: moving from head, to heart to being, happiness as a criteria for intuition and meditation and silence.
This course will be supported by silence satsang with Giten. Satsang is a meeting in love, truth and silence. It is a direct insight and experience of being. It is a new way of being, which can transform your entire life.

Satsang with Giten works as a prolonged shaktipat (transmission of spiritual energy), which both creates immediate result – together with effect that becomes obvious during the coming weeks and months after the intensive. When Giten pursued an advanced training inspiritual healing in USA 1984, he was told that he had the capacity to become a seventh chakra healer, a spiritual healer, to act as a catalyst and channel for spiritual energy from the seventh chakra through the heart. The last 30 years has meant to develop and deepen this capacity to an instrument of subtle catalytic effect, which Giten uses in satsang.
Silence is the only way to convey truth -from one silent heart to another silent heart. A man of silence moves with a certain field of energy around him, and if you are receptive, his vibe starts touching your heart. Giten has developed a quality of subtle catalytic effect, which can help you to a direct insight and realization of being. It is a silent transmission from one silent heart to another silent heart. Participants in the1-day Satsang Intensive with Giten commented that there occurred spontaneous moments of deep silence and emptiness. The Satsang participant Prem Mukta said:”Giten’s work is of the beyond, it leads you beyond yourself, which I love.”
He is author of the best-selling book in Swedish Meditationens Sång- Om meditation, relationer och kreativitet (Solrosens forlag, 2001,available from Internet book store Adlibris: www.adlibris.com), and The Silent Whisperings of the Heart – An Introduction to Giten’s Approach to Life (2008, available as paperback at Internetbook store Lulu: www.lulu.com/spotlight/Giten) and as free e-book at Obooko.com), Presence – Working from Within. The Psychology of Being (2011, available at Internet book storeLulu: www.lulu.com/spotlight/Giten), Meditation – A Yes to Life, Healing Is Pure Love, Presence – The Inner Source of Love, Truth and Wholeness and The Language of Silence – From Darkness to Light (the last four books are available as free e-books at Obooko.com).

Giten in harmony med nature
The last words of Gautama the Buddha on the earth were: Be a light unto yourself. Do not follow others, because following creates stupidity. You are born with a light within you. You are enough to yourself. You are sufficient to yourself. Listen to the still, small voice within, and that will guide you. Nobody else can guide you, nobody else can become a model for your life because you are unique. Buddha defines wisdom as living in the light of our own consciousness, and foolishness as following others.
Buddha says, “BE A LIGHT UNTO YOURSELF!” That is his greatest message. This very message of Buddha functions as a reminder to all the seekers of truth – on the path of enlightenment.
Nobody else in the whole world, in the whole history of humanity, has been so respectful towards others as Gautam the Buddha. “Be a light unto yourself.”
Buddhas only point the way — fingers pointing to the moon. YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW, AND YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW ACCORDING TO YOUR NATURE. You have to be silent, quiet, so you can listen to the still small voice within you, and then follow it. Wherever it leads, it is good.
GO IN DEEP TRUST, FOLLOWING YOUR OWN VOICE. Be spontaneous, natural, ordinary. This is the way of being extraordinary. Be ordinary but aware, and the ordinary becomes the sacred.
A buddha has not to be followed, but understood. A buddha has not to be imitated but listened to — listened to in tremendous silence, love, trust. And the more you understand a buddha, the more you will feel he is speaking not from the outside but from within, from the very core of your being.
In this satsang weekend series we will also explore five keys to spiritual maturity:
1. Be a light to yourself: The last words of Gautama the Buddha on the earth were: Be a light unto yourself. Do not follow others, because following creates stupidity. You are born with a light within you. You are enough to yourself. You are sufficient to yourself. Listen to the still, small voice within, and that will guide you. .Buddha defines wisdom as living in the light of our own consciousness. This very message of Buddha functions as a reminder to all the seekers of truth – on the path of enlightenment.
2. Intuition, the inner guide, the inner master: Creating a trust in yourself and in your intuition, your inner guide, the inner master. Listen to the still, small voice within, and that will guide you. You have to be silent, quiet, so you can listen to the still small voice within you, and then follow it. Wherever it leads, it is good. Go in deep trust, following your own voice.
Intuition means something that arises from within inner being. Intuition is the voice of being and consciousness. It is your potential, which is why it is called intuition. Unless you have your intuition, unless you have your own wisdom , your own vision, your own clarity, your own eyes to see, you will not be able to understand the mystery of existence.
To give meaning to your life, to your heart, existence has given intuition to your heart. Out of intution arises the possibilities of art, of love, of friendship – intuition will lead you to wisdom, to enlightenment. Then your life is a life of immense light, joy and serenity.
Intuition makes a man wise- call it enlightenment or awakening, those are simply different names from wisdom.
Intuition brings meaning to life, joy, blessings. Intuition gives you the secrets of existence, brings a tremendous silence, which cannot be disturbed and which cannot be taken away from you.
3. Love, freedom and aloneness: One of the most significant teachings of Buddha is to love yourself and watch. Love yourself and watch are Buddha’s two steps of meditation. Just as food is nourishment for the body; love is nourishment for the soul. Without nourishment for the soul, the body becomes weak. Without nourishment of love, the soul becomes weak.
You have been made afraid of being in love with yourself, which is the first step of love. A man who loves himself respects himself. And a man who loves and respects himself loves and respects others. He becomes aware that we are not different: we are one. In the foundation, we are part of one nature. A man who loves himself starts overflowing, so that his love starts reaching others. You love other people, you love animals, flowers and trees.
Love makes you a spiritual force. Love yourself, says Buddha, this can transform the whole world.
Love begins with yourself, and then it can spread. Love yourself, says Buddha, and then he adds, and watch. That is Buddha’s word for meditation. The first step is to love yourself, and the second step is to watch. Love is the first step to know yourself. If you do not love yourself, you will never know yourself. Love your body, love your mind and love your soul. Watching is meditation. It is Buddha’s name for meditation. He says: Be aware, be alert and be conscious.
The first step in meditation is to love yourself, to respect and accept yourself as you are. The second step in meditation is to watch – watch when you take a walk, watch when you eat and watch when you spend time with friends.
4. Joy that comes from within: Giten posits that to be joyful is the basic nature of life. Joy is the spiritual dimension of happiness, in which one begins to understand one’s intrinsic value and place inthe universe.
Accepting joy is a decision to “go with the flow,” to begrateful to be alive and for all the challenges and opportunities in life, rather than setting conditions or demands for happiness.Joy is the essence of our life. That even unhappiness has its roots in joy.
Giten shares a unique perspective of accepting joy by being grateful for our life with its challenges and opportunities rather than placing a demand or setting conditions for it. Giten urges us to reconnect with the natural joy that we were born with, and that is available to us the moment we turn our attention to the silent space within.
5. Spiritual creativity – Being in harmony with existence. Spiritual creativity is an attitude to life. Spiritual creativity is to be in harmony with existence, spirtual creativity is to act in harmony with existence. Spiritual creativity has nothing to do with a certain activity that you do. Spiritual creativity has to do with the presence, love, joy and silence that you give to the activity that you do. Then everything can be creative.
This satsang weekend is supported by silent satsang with Giten, which is a direct insight and realization of being. It is a direct realization to be a light to yourself.

THE SILENT REVOLUTION OF THE HEART -The Challenge for the 21st Century

THE SILENT REVOLUTION OF THE HEART
-The Challenge for the 21st Century
From Fear to Love,
from Darkness to Light
and from Separation to Wholeness
by spiritual teacher Swami Dhyan Giten
“I am deeply impressed by Giten’s profeties. Such a clear sighted spirituality in combination with a historic insight – is very rare. Furthermore, Giten do not walk in fear!”
– Brage Norin, professor in theoretical physics, international researcher in climate change, representative for The Swedish Energy Commission to China, consultant at the Swedish think tank Skogsa
The challenge for the 21st century is The Silent Revolution of the Heart. It is not a revolution within an organization or a land in the traditional sense with violence, madness and blood shed. It is a revolution in human consciousness.
The Silent Revolution of the Heart is an inner revolution from fear to love, from darkness to light and from separation to wholeness.
In society today there exists a deep split between the inner and outer world, between intellect and intuition, between male and female qualities, between rest and activity and between outer knowledge and inner wisdom. There is a rapid technological development in the society, but we seem to forget the most important factor: our self.
Humanity as a whole is in-between power and the heart in its psychological and spiritual development process towards spiritual maturity. The next step for humanity as a whole is to realize that real power is love and compassion.
The power chakra is the centre of the ego, the separated sense of “I”. The power chakra is about control, power and dominance over other people. A person who is on the development level of the power chakra wants to change other people, but he does not want to change himself.
Ordinary relationships are often power relationships, which is a fight and struggle between the partners needs and mine. Often the partner in a power relationship has the same strength to develop the power chakra.
The society is created out of the ego, and the need of the ego to create a hierarchy with power, status, respect, position, norms, roles and conformity. Many people in the West live in the power chakra, and are occupied with competing with others, to prove that they are somebody important, and finding their place in the hierarchy.
During the 20th Century has the psychological development level of humanity been on the awareness level of the power chakra. The focus of humanity has been on power, dominance, position, money and control over energy resources. We are technologically developed and this technology governs the development of the society, but this technology is at the same time destroying the earth. Energy resources are also a distinguishing theme in the power balance between countries.
Acting aggressively has its roots in fear, judgments and insecurity. Violence and aggressiveness is about control and dominance over another person. To judge and to be loving is two sides of the same coin. Judgments about another person are really about yourself. When we stop judging others and ourselves, our hearts opens. The heart is a healer that transforms fear to love, judgments to acceptance and separation to wholeness. The heart heals.
The 21st century means an inner awakening. It means a time to grow up. Many people talk about spirituality, meditation and inner development but it does not seem to change their lives. Our spiritual development depends on our commitment to our own development. We can use our free will to take on the challenge of life to grow or we can choose not to grow. This is the freedom that life gives us and it our own responsibility, but it seems that it is few people that accept life’s challenge to grow.
The 21st century represents a choice between the separation of ego and the vision of the heart. The silent revolution of the heart is a shift in human consciousness from the short-sighted perspective of the ego of “me” and “mine” to the focus of the heart on love and the needs of the other. It is a shift in consciousness from the short-sighted separation of the ego to the vision of the heart.
When we follow the way of the ego, the path of endless desires, it leads to struggle, conflict, exhaustion and separation from the Whole. The way of the heart is about learning to listen to our heart, to our inner source of love, joy, truth and wisdom. It is to be in a deep harmony with Existence.
When our heart is closed it creates an isolated and lonely feeling together with the attitude: “Nobody loves me”, “nobody cares about me” and “life is a struggle”, which makes us not see the love that is all around us.
A silent revolution of the heart happens when we start to care about another person, and it is a joy to put the needs of the other person before our own needs. It is on the awareness level of the heart that we begin to develop the sensitivity and awareness that makes us care about another person. The heart operates from the premises: I am responsible and only love works.
Love is to eat pizza with our beloved partner even though we hate pizza.
Our heart is the door to unconditional love both for ourselves and others. Our heart is really always open, but our judgments about ourselves and others keep it closed.
When we stop judging ourselves and others, our heart begins to open. The way to healing is to learn to love and accept ourselves unconditionally. It means to embrace both our positive and negative sides with love and understanding. It means to learn to love everything that we find within ourselves.
We have been taught to love others, but not to love ourselves. But how can we love others without loving ourselves? The ABC of love is that we first need to learn to love ourselves before we can love anybody else.
Trust is a prerequisite for love. Without trust, love is without depth. It is like a plastic flower, instead of an alive, fresh and fragrant rose. Even if some people will let us down and make us sad and disappointed, it is no reason to let it undermine our basic trust in life. It is better to allow some people to let us down than not allow our basic trust in life to develop. Many people are so sleeping and unconscious that they really do not know what they are doing. They make us disappointed even if they do not really mean to. Even if we feel hurt, disillusioned and disappointed with people, see if you can give them love and understanding. A criterion for spiritual growth is that we begin to give love, rather than needing love.
Exactly as the rhythm of in-breathes and out-breathes of the physical body, the heart has also two poles: to give love and to receive love. Certain people are easier to
give love to and other people are easier to be open to receive love. But to allow our
love to become hole, we need to learn both to give love and to receive love.
Animals are great teachers in friendship and unconditional love. One of my course participants commented in a course, “I prefer animals before people, because animals cannot hurt me in the same way that people can. I myself still find it difficult to really trust that I am loved as I am. Even if I am aware about this, there is still a small part of myself that wants to contract, and which does not really trust that I am loved as I am and that life takes care of me. I find it easier to be present for others than to allow others to be present for me.”
Love and fear are two sides of the same coin. In the absence of love fear arises. In the light of love fear disappears, like when you turn the light on in a dark room. Fear is a contraction of our life energy together with an attitude of loneliness and isolation.
Love creates an expansion of our life energy together with a feeling of love, joy and belongingness.
Love is the strongest power there is. There is no stronger force than love. Love is pure magic. Love transforms people without really doing anything. The sheer presence of love transforms people. There is nothing more holy than love, since love makes people whole.
Love accepts a person as he is. Love creates the freedom, which allows a person to be himself. Love creates the relaxation, which allows a person to relax into his inner being, into his authentic self. Love allows us to appreciate the beautiful being that we already are. Love allows a person to discover his true individuality.
Love is not an exclusive relationship with another person; love is a quality of our inner being. It is to discover the source of love deep within ourselves, which is our true nature.
In the depth of our heart, we already know that we are perfect as we are. In the depth of our inner being, we already know that life is perfect as it is.
It is on the awareness level of the heart that we begin to understand that we are not separate from life. We begin to understand that we are not small separate islands in a large ocean, but that life is one and that we are all small parts of the same whole.
It is on the awareness level of the heart that we begin to understand what is important and meaningful in life. We begin to understand that life is about sharing, rather than hoarding, that life is about giving, rather than taking.
It is when we open our heart that we discover a sense of unity in love with other people, with the trees, with nature, with the sea and with the blue sky.
This is the silent revolution of the heart.
The human heart is the solution to the problems of the world.
The human heart contains all the answers.
The human heart has the capacity to expand and embrace the whole earth.

Love Yourself & Watch
From satsang with Giten,
29 August, 2019, in Stockholm
This is one of the most significant teachings of Buddha.
Love yourself and watch are Buddha’s two steps of meditation.
Just as food is nourishment for the body; love is nourishment for the soul. Without nourishment for the soul, the body becomes weak. Without nourishment of love, the soul becomes weak.
To make you spiritually weak, all the religious traditions have taught you to love others, but don’t love yourself.
All the cultures and civilizations has taught you not to love yourself, because if a man cannot love himself he cannot love anybody else either.
And no state, church and vested interests has ever wanted you to love yourself, because love give you a strong soul, so that nobody can exploit, manipulate and control you.

QUOTES FROM GITEN DURING SATSANG WEEKEND
15-17 NOVEMBER, 2019, IN STOCKHOLM
BE A LIGHT TO YOURSELF
“The last words of Buddha were: Be a light to yourself. You are born with a light within you. You are enough to yourself. You are sufficient to yourself. Listen to the still, small voice within, and that will guide you.
Buddha defines wisdom as living in the light of your own consciousness. This message of Buddha functions as a reminder to the seeker of truth – on the path to enlightenment.”
INTUITION, THE INNER GUIDE, THE MASTER WITHIN
Our intuition is the inner teacher,
The old Indian scriptures say that the outer spiritual teacher is helpful to find your own intuition, your own inner teacher.
BLISS
Happiness is the meaning and goal of life.
LOVE
The divine way is to remain true to love.
Remain true to love and remain true to life.
Love and meditation are one of the most essential messages. Love and meditation should go hand in hand.
Only two meditators can live together in love.
EGOLESSNESS
“The truth is that egolessness is the door to bliss.
The moment you are egoless, you are nothing, you become a door to the divine.”
– Swami Dhyan Giten

– Prem Pathik, India
The Free Academy and Devadas, spiritual leader for Ljusbacken (The Hill of Light) – which was Giten’s first ashram in beautiful Halsingland in the north of Sweden when he was 15 years old – congratulates Giten for spreading meditation.
“Satsang with Giten is a taste of the eternal, a taste of the timeless. It can feel like we sat for 3 hours, while we only sat for 40 minutes.
I was so afraid that I would lose the silence that I had found during satsang in India, but I found the silence again in satsang with Giten. Samadhi is like dying. The fear that I experienced in the beginning in satsang when I went into samadhi, when I disappeared into the silence, has now disappeared totally.
Satsang with Giten is like coming home. I went into samadhi three times during a satsang weekend with Giten – and I also got a map and an understanding for how to go into samadhi again.
Before I started to attend satsang, I did not think that enlightenment was possible, but now I feel that it is possible. Satsang with Giten confirms what I have really always known.
– Padma
The Mystery School was born in the autumn, 2019, in Stockholm. Satyama Padma, participant in satsang with Giten said that satsang with Giten is a mystery school, which she felt blessed to participate in.
What is a mystery school? The Mystery school teaches you how to live. The whole work of The Mystery School is to help you to find yourself, to find your authentic inner being. The work of the mystery school is to wake the student up and to allow him to be himself.
Satyama Padma, said that her experience of spiritual organizations is that people tries to impose themselves on others and aggressively tries make each other somebody else, but with Giten she found a freedom to be herself.
The satsang participant Samarpan also commented that Giten’s quality of allowing people to be themselves is a rare quality. The satsang participant Deva Emanuel commented that he would not have stayed in satsang with Giten if it was not for the atmosphere and climate of love. He also says that satsang with Giten is a mystery school.
Giten’s mystery school is a place, where love is taught. It is a place where love is nourished. It is to make your love pure – without ego, power and domination – just a sheer gift of joy a delight in the being of the other person.
The mystery school is the way of the Upanishads, which Giten has been teaching for the last 4 years. The word Upanishad means “to be near, to be close”, which is the heart of satsang. The word Upanishad means to be in the presence of the spiritual teacher and to take in his silence. That is the essence of the work of a mystery school. The mystery school manages to create a certain field of energy and if you are receptive, if you are available, if you are ready to go on the journey of the unknown.
The spiritual teacher simply provides a system to enter slowly into the deep waters and ultimately to enter a stage, where you disappear into the ocean; you become the ocean itself. To become a part of a mystery school is a great benediction. It is very difficult to find a mystery school to find people who are searching and not imposing themselves on each other, but only helping each other if the need is there.
The whole work of the mystery school to let your ego dissolve and to help you into a deep let-go with existence. To be initiated into mystery school simply means that now you are taking the first step towards actualizing your potential for freedom. He is Buddha, he is a Christ; then he lives in freedom.
In this satsang series we will also explore five keys to spiritual maturity:
1. Be a light to yourself: The last words of Gautama the Buddha on the earth were: Be a light unto yourself. Do not follow others, because following creates stupidity.
In this satsang series, Giten will also describe the work of a mystery school. He will talk about what mysticism is, and he will talk about love, trust, intuition, courage, fear, the ego, meditation, creativity, freedom, doing and non-doing, death, the relationship between the spiritual teacher and the student, silence, enlightenment, life and existence.
The Mystery School is the science of meditation: how to observe the mind and its processes min a relaxed, non-judgmental way and the find the perception and clarity of self-realization. Meditation is a way of settling in oneself, at the innermost core your being. Once you have found the center of your existence, you will have found both your roots and wings. The roots are in your inner being and existence and the wings are in the fragrance that is released in contact with existence.
The fragrance consists of love, freedom, compassion, authenticity, sincerity, humor and a tremendous feeling of blissfulness. The roots make you an individual, and the wings give the freedom to love, to be creative, to share unconditionally the joy that you have found.
The mystery school is supported by silent satsang with Giten, which is a direct insight and realization of being.

SPIRITUAL CREATIVITY:
TO ACT IN HARMONY WITH EXISTENCE
8-9 February, 2020

THE MYSTERY SCHOOL:
BE A LIGHT TO YOURSELF
– BEING IN HARMONY WITH EXISTENCE
Intuition, the inner guide, the inner master – Joy from within – Loving Yourself: Love, freedom & Aloneness – Spiritual Creativity: Being in Harmony with Existence
Satsang weekend with Giten, 6-8 March, 2020, in Stockholm
Be a light to yourself: The last words of Gautama the Buddha on the earth were: Be a light unto yourself. Do not follow others, because following creates stupidity. You are born with a light within you. You are enough to yourself. You are sufficient to yourself. Listen to the still, small voice within, and that will guide you. .Buddha defines wisdom as living in the light of our own consciousness. This very message of Buddha functions as a reminder to all the seekers of truth – on the path of enlightenment.

“When I participated in Satsang with Giten for the first time, I felt that I had come to the right place. I felt that I had come home.
I never thought that a 2-hour Satsang could go so deep.
The love that I found within myself during Satsang with Giten just continued to flow a week after the Satsang.”
– Iiris, special education teacher for autistic children and participant in Satsang with Moji and Eckhart Tolle
This book is a compilation of Swami Dhyan Giten’s lectures on Jesus Christ during satsang between May – July, 2015, in Stockholm.
Giten was a disciple of Jesus in a former life.
In this book Giten talks about the beauty and wisdom of the words of Jesus.
Giten talks about Jesus, the Man, Jesus, the Mystic and Jesus, the Rebel. He makes a clear distinction between Jesus Christ and the religion that has been built around him – Christianity.
Through talking about the gospels of Matthew, Luke and John, Giten reintroduces Jesus as the man, the mystic and the compromiseless rebel, who are filled with love and compassion. Jesus becomes alive in a new and dynamic way and not in the way that Jesus has been presented to us by the theologians and the priests.
Giten talks about love, joy, trust, acceptance, healing, truth, the need to serve, the difference between being and ego, wisdom, silence and God.
For the first time, we really feel the laughter, passion, silence and celebration of life in Jesus, which shows us the deeper meaning, the timeless relevance.
This book is a a joy and a delight for those in love with the words of Jesus.
In-between the lectures on Jesus Christ, Giten answer questions on spiritual growth from seekers of truth.
Giten has also complemented the lectures on Jesus with The Art of Living, which includes practical meditation exercises.

The Language of Silence: From Darkness to Light
by Swami Dhyan Giten

Five stars, Goodreads,
the world’s largest book site for readers and book recommendations with 45 million users
“I was 9 years old when I had my first spiritual awakening, my first glimpse of wholeness with Existence, my first taste of the language of silence, says spiritual teacher and best-selling author Swami Dhyan Giten in this book. This created a deep thirst and longing in his heart and being to return to this natural and effortless experience of being one with the Whole.
I have always had the capacity to go within myself and to discover the silence within, the inner meditative quality, the inner source of love and truth, the inner language of silence”, Giten explains in this book. “Now I also notice that this silence is going deeper, and that I go beyond the ego and disappear into the silence. “
This book consists of a collection of quotes from Swami Dhyan Giten on silence. It also explains how silence is the flower and love and wholeness are the fragrance.
Swami Dhyan Giten has dedicated his life to teach the art of awareness and meditation. He conducts individual consultations, seminars and courses internationally. His quotes, articles and books has touched the hearts of thousands and are appearing with increasing frequency in magazines, blogs and websites.
“As I started studying for Giten, a new dimension of awareness has developed step by step, which has transformed my whole life. Thank you so much Giten for your wonderful being and support in life.”
– From the foreword by Deva Emanuel, musician and student of Giten since 6 years.
“Swami Dhyan Giten’s The Language of Silence — From Darkness to Light reminds me of those moments when we drift back from sleep to wakefulness and the precious insights that quite often occur in those instants of ”awakening.”
It is my own experience that all spiritual paths have a common thread which most simply stated is: unconditional self acceptance. It is this process or journey toward self acceptance that leads to our connection with our individual aloneness and silence about which Giten so beautifully often comments. Here Giten tells us we find our true heart, that love that becomes our healer and a healing presence that projects beyond ourselves and heals and nourishes the lives of all others with who we have contact, be they friends, strangers or even our pets.
Giten’s “The Language of Silence” is a beautifully expressed and highly intimate picture of his own spiritual history. While reading this book which is formatted in short segments and insightful phrases and a true delight to read and sure to later re-visit, I had the sense of listening to his open heart as it gave words to his personal silence.
Giten offers us a quite intimate connection with his inner being and thus a glimpse of the beauty within ourselves.”

Presence – Working from Within. The Psychology of Being
by Swami Dhyan Giten

Five stars, Goodreads,
the world’s largest book site for readers and book recommendations with 45 million users
Spiritual therapy works basically because we are all one. In the depth of our heart and being, we are in contact with each other. We are in contact with each other in the ocean of consciousness.
This book is an invitation to open our heart. This book is basically about love. It is designed to help us understand how healing happens. Healing is pure love. Healing and wholene Spiritual therapy works basically because we are all one. In the depth of our heart and being, we are in contact with each other. We are in contact with each other in the ocean of consciousness.
This book is an invitation to open our heart. This book is basically about love. It is designed to help us understand how healing happens. Healing is pure love. Healing and wholeness happens when we meet the love within ourselves.
Working with people from love, truth and wholeness is the psychology of being, the science of inner transformation. The psychology of being begins where Western psychology ends. It goes beyond Skinner, Freud, Jung, Rogers and Humanistic psychology.
The psychology of being is the psychology of consciousness, a psychology for inner transformation. It is basically not a question of psychology; it is a question of being. The psychology of being begins where we are and takes us to that which we can be.
This book is designed to help us develop our presence, so that our presence and intuition becomes a source of love, joy, acceptance, understanding, truth, silence, wisdom and creativity in the contact with another person.
This book presents a new dimension of healing with a base in meditation. Meditation is the way to deepen our capacity to be present and to explore how to bring the meditative presence and quality into the healing and therapeutic process. The underlying theme of the book is meditation – but not meditation as a static technique – but as the capacity to BE with ourselves and with another person in a quality of watchful awareness, acceptance and relaxation.
This book is written both for people who want to discover their own inner being and for those who work with other people and wants to discover a new love, clarity, depth and inspiration in their professional work.
The different topics of the book are combined with practical exercises.
