A cannibalistic serial killer is on the loose. All signs point to Dr. Xavier and his colleagues as the main suspects, and it’s up to him to unmask the killer through a series of strange biological experiments.
The distinct look of the two-color Technicolor process is used to great effect in creating an unsettling, nightmarish atmosphere.
