I have this comic that I'm just ITCHING to send to Image, truly itching. But I really want to wait for news on Creators for Creators, I'd love to see what that's about. Would it at all set me back if I sent it in? I'd like to see if I qualify for CfC, and

C4C isn’t a publisher, it’s a grant and a mentorship program. Work that’s under consideration for publication elsewhere isn’t eligible for submission. There’ll be more info on the site come launch day.
