Back to Saturday Spankings!!
Hi, it’s been a while. I hope you’ll all forgive me for being so slack.
Today for my Saturday Spankings I’d like to share something from my story Monkey Business that will be available on Bethany’s Woodshed. No cover yet sorry. The story started as my Spankee Doodle Dandy entry this year. I decided to continue it on.
“Are you fucking kidding me?” she blurted out when she opened her eyes and jumped out of bed the next morning. The sun was beaming through her bedroom window like a beacon, that could only mean one thing. Her alarm didn't go off. She tried to turn on her phone but it was as dead as a doornail. All her good intentions of a fresh start and a different attitude had just slipped away on the first morning. She must have forgotten to put the stupid thing on charge. Ben was going to...he was going to ...her mind swam with images of what she knew he was going to do but she was having trouble making herself even think the words.

THE PROMISE
“Because we don't do it here. Halloween is NOT an Australian holiday.”
“So what!?”
“No.”
“You do that to everything!”
“Do what?”
“Just say no and think that's going to be the end of the subject.”
“It is the end of the subject.”
“You're impossible!”
Jess stormed away making sure to slam the door twice on her way through to the bedroom. It was true that trick or treating wasn't really an Australian holiday but Pete didn't get it, more kids were doing it every year. It was hard for their kids to miss out. The year before after her big compromise had gone over like a lead balloon she'd made a promise to her kids and she didn't intend to break it...
It was Halloween and Pete had put his foot down. No trick or treating! It was up to her to do something to try and appease their picky progeny. She'd bought lots of lollies and she encouraged her little lovelies to dress up, telling them they were going to play their own game of trick or treat for Halloween. It was a poor substitute but it was better than nothing.
The kids dressed in their finery and stood in the living room with their pillowcases eagerly awaiting their surprise.
“Here's the idea. You're going to love this.” She watched as hope if not actual enthusiasm flashed across their faces. “I want you to close your eyes and wait a few minutes and then knock on the first bedroom door.”
“You serious?” the eldest and most unenthused of the kids asked. At eleven he was just learning the joy of sarcasm and had an astute radar of all things dumb.
“It'll be fun.” She gave him the look reserved for older brothers about to ruin his younger brother and sister's fun. At least they didn't see the roll of his eyes just before he closed them.
Jess ran up the hallway and disappeared behind one of the bedroom doors, flopped on a witch's hat and stuck on a fake mole.
“Trick or treat.” they called sadly.
She opened the door with a deep cackle and dropped handfuls of treats into their bags.“Close your eyes again.” she whispered.
Behind every door in the house the kids found Jess. Admittedly wearing a different hat each time and always offering goodies but still, she was just their own Mum, they didn't even get to leave their house. They did console themselves with all their lollies but it was abundantly clear how disappointed they were.
“Next year you can trick or treat for real.” she promised in a rash and not thought through effort to make them smile.
“Daddy won't let us.”
“You leave Daddy to me. Next year, I promise.”
***Pete wasn't budging on Halloween, again. Normally she wouldn't go against him, especially with the children. She wasn't a serious underminer or anything. Their marriage was built on mutual trust and respect wasn't it? Of course...unless of course one of the marriage partners was acting like an ass.
“Have a good night.” She kissed him.
Sometimes things just fall into place. A husband lays down the law but then goes to work for the night shift and the rest of the house is left with say, a few hours to themselves...It was perfect wasn't it? No one would have to be any the wiser. The kids could put on their costumes and run up and down the street for an hour or so. They'd have their lollies mostly eaten before bedtime hopefully.
“I'll call you.” Pete hadn't left.
“Why?” Jess tried to keep the look of panic from showing.
“No reason.” he said frowning. “I always call you.”
“Oh yeah of course.” That might put a slight spoke in the works but it was still doable. They'd just have to wait until after his call. No big deal.
***
The kids looked like scary little angels. Their happy faces made any feeling of residual guilt that was lying beneath the surface of Jesse's good mood just melt away.
“Are we really going this time?” The littlest girl asked.
“Yes we're really going.”
“Can I walk with my friends?”
“Yes you can walk with your friends. We all will.” Jess saw the oh man look run across her son's handsome face but he kept it to himself knowing he was lucky to be going at all.
The call came but other kids kept coming to THEIR house. There was no choice really other than to let the kids go on their own. They'd be safe. They'd lived in the same street for years and knew all the neighbours. “Hold your little sister's hand and watch your brother.” Jess said adding the final statement with a pointing finger towards the middle child, the one that attracted trouble like a magnet.
“We will.” And they were gone.
***
Jess was sitting in the quiet house eating remnants of chocolate by the time Pete got home from work. “Hey.” she said innocently as he kissed her.
“Hey. How was your night?”
“Uneventful. How was yours?”
“Busy.”
Jess closed her eyes that night with mixed feelings. Guilt was swirling though her in waves but she managed to offset that with the fact she'd kept the promise she'd made to her kids. No one got hurt did they? When she woke the next morning the guilt was gone, washed away with the normal school day preparations.
***
The best part about Pete doing the night shift was the leisurely morning they got to have together while the kids were at school.
They were in the living room relaxing with morning tea and a DVD.
Jess's jaw dropped as a car pulled up at the front of their house.
“What's wrong?” Pete asked, correctly judging his wife's horror. He stood, knocking over his plate in his effort to see what had captured and was holding his wife's attention.
“What would they be doing here?” Jess was stunned. She'd never known a school principal to actually come to someone's house before. Was that even allowed? What had their son done to be brought home by the principal?
“What on earth?” Mirroring her thoughts, Pete leapt to the door and threw it open. His eyes were on their oldest son's face but his question was to the principal. “What's happened?”
“No one's hurt. I just needed to talk to you about something that concerned me.”
“Oh?” Jess's niggles of guilt came back with a vengeance twisting and griping at her as she watched her son's guilty face. This had to have something to do with the trick or treating. She didn't know what to do, what to say. “Cup of tea Mr Whitby?” That's it, give him a reason to stay longer you stupid woman she chided herself.
“Thank you.” Mr Whitby accepted her offer, taking the seat Pete offered.
Jess tried to listen to the living room conversation while she rattled around the kitchen looking for a cup. Did she get him a cup and was there another matching saucer? A mug? She settled on the last decent cup and saucer and then she heard the words. “Trick or treating.” The last cup and saucer went crashing into the sink, smashing into pieces. Crap, a mug it was then. Or she could leave by the back door and start running...
“Jess?” Pete called from the other room.
“Coming. Just broke a cup.”
All eyes were on her as she entered the room with the mug. “Hope you don't mind not having a cup and saucer. Maybe I should freshen the tea.” Jess dived in to grab the pot.
“Leave it.” Pete's voice was doing that thing. That underlying I'm going to kill you when this man goes thing.
“But I...I'm just going to make a fresh pot.”
“The tea isn't important.”
“It's fine the way it is.” Mr Whitby took the mug.
“Mr Whitby had something brought to his attention this morning.”
“Oh?”
“Uh huh. Tell your mother why we're all here.” Pete said to the child that was trying to be invisible in the corner of the sofa.”
“Which bit?”
“The bit where our next door neighbour gave you twenty dollars.”
Jess's eyes widened. “Who gave you twenty dollars?”
“Mr Kumar.”
“Why?” Jess asked.
Her son looked shiftily at his Dad.
“Answer the question.” Pete barked.
“He didn't have any lollies.”
“I know this might seem like it has nothing to do with school but I was concerned. The fact that the children were trick or treating on their own especially is disturbing.”
“Is Jack in trouble? At school I mean?” Jess asked.
“No. I was just bringing this to your attention. Although, you have to know that the kids are not allowed to bring notes that big to the school canteen unless it's for a family multiple lunch order.”
“Yes I know.” Jess added resisting the urge to glare at her son.
“I think we can take it from here.” Pete stood and offered Mr Whitby a handshake. “I appreciate you taking the time. Will you be taking Jack back to school?”
“Yes. If that's ok with you.”
“Fine.”
Perfect, Jess thought. My ass is grass.
***
“Can I say something?” Jess asked from her spot in the corner.
“Not yet.”
“I just want to say one thing. OW!” A line of fire spread across both cheeks of her naked bottom as Pete smacked her hard with the large wooden spoon.
“Ok. ok.” Another smack had her standing still and silent.
“What were you thinking?”
“Do you want me to answer?”
“The question was rhetorical. We both know you weren't thinking. I can't believe you went against my wishes without even discussing it with me. I am hurt and upset with you and I feel like we've lost trust here. You totally undermined me. You taught our kids that if they don't like the rules they can thumb their nose at them...and me. Now you can say what you have to.”
“I'm sorry. I didn't know about the money. I want you to know that. I just thought it was a bit of fun. I thought you were being too hard.”
“Letting them go was bad enough but why didn't you at least go with with them?”
“I had to give out the lollies here. I thought I could trust them.”
“Not a nice feeling is it?”
“No. I am sorry.”
Pete took Jess's hand and bent her over the back of the sofa. He slid her panties down and helped her to step out of them. “Be still.” He smoothed his hand over her soft skin before standing back and to the side where he bent his belt in two.
Jess squeezed her eyes shut. She quite liked the belt after a warm up and rub. Not like this. She was almost on her toes and her bottom was raised high, stretched so he could access the crease beneath her cheeks. His aim was to make sitting difficult in the foreseeable future and he didn't disappoint. Each strike of the belt burned like the dickens and had her dancing on her tippy toes. By the last she was a sobbing mess. When the belt landed on the cushion in front of her she turned into his arms.
“I'm so sorry.” Jess sobbed over and over, clinging to her husband for grim death, soaking up the comfort his warm embrace offered.
“It's ok, it's over.”
“So if I go with them next year...”
The End
My question is… What is Jess and Pete’s next door neighbours name?

Happy DD Anniversary Dinah McLeod!
MONA’S SECOND CHANCE
I’d like to welcome Dinah back to tell her about her new book. Welcome Dinah!
I have written three books so far, and I love it when reviewers say that I understand the dynamics of domestic discipline. It kind of makes me chuckle, because of all the elements there are to writing a book, for me, understanding domestic discipline is the easiest. Why? Because I live that lifestyle myself, with my husband Jim. September is actually our DD anniversary, and we’ve come a long way.
When I first started I approached the story from the angle of a woman who was shocked when her husband brought the idea of such a lifestyle to her. For Jim and I, it was the opposite. To this day, he feels a bit brutish handing out punishments, but he likes seeing the results! In any event, The Errant Bride came from that perspective. Mona’s Second Chance is a story that is much more personal to me.
While I am outing myself in this post as a spanko—if you didn’t already know!—punishment spankings, or punishment in general is very different. OK, yes, I still get hot and bothered when he gets that firm tone, those stern eyes, but there is a deeper undercurrent of shame, of knowing that I have disappointed him. It truly makes me want to become a better person, and do better. I have long thought that DD could benefit just about any marriage, even if the couple didn’t live the lifestyle in every aspect. For those of us who do it, it is unique to every couple.
In Mona’s Second Chance, Mona and Colby have actually divorced. They are trying to move on with their lives, even though Mona struggles with doubts, what-ifs, and guilt for ending things between them. She still turns to him in times of need, and it is during one of those times that she receives her first spanking for negligence. She is willing to accept his discipline in exchange for a second chance together.
I love the idea of second chances, because God knows I get enough of them! That’s what domestic discipline is about, at the core. In marriage it can be so easy to keep score and hold grudges but domestic discipline forces us to talk about our problems and come to an understanding. I’ll say this—it might not be so great for my bottom, but it has worked wonders for our communication!
"Mona’s Second Chance" Blurb:
They had grown up together. Childhood friends, one-time sweethearts, buddies, then eventually they grew apart. When they met again later, it was love, followed by marriage... followed by divorce. But somehow, even a year after the divorce, Colby was always the first person she called when she needed help. Colby was her one true love... how was she going to get through life without him?
Then it happens! Colby is willing to give them a second chance... but only if she submits to him as the head of the household. She isn't used to being spanked, and worries that there are some things even a spanking can't fix. Will they be able to move beyond their past, to build a fresh new future together? Mona loves him so much, and she would do anything for him to save their relationship, but fears that might not be enough. Will she lose him anyway?

Come and join us for some Saturday Spanking Snippets!
Good morning everyone and welcome to Saturday Spankings. Today is the last day that I’m going to share an excerpt from His Firm Guidance for a while but for this week I’m continuing from where we left off last week. Whitney was about to get her mouth soaped! Sorry if I went over a couple of sentences Mistress Kathryn. I did try to cut it down as much as I could :)
“Yes.” He unwrapped the bar as quickly as he could and poured some of the water from the bottle over it to make it wet. “Open.”
“Mm, mm.” Whitney shook her head vigorously and mumbled through tight lips until he smacked her bottom hard.
“I said open.” The look he gave her brooked no more argument.
Her bottom was still stinging and she felt she had no choice so she opened her mouth just a little.
“Wider.” Her eyes pleaded with him but the only answer she got was a raised eye brow an as soon as her mouth was open wide enough he poked the soap in making her cough and splutter. “That's terr.terr..ible.” She choked. “You wouldn't expect it taste good Honey would you? That's what happens to naughty girls with a nasty mouth.” He continued to push the soap in and out of her mouth until it was thoroughly soaped, ignoring her dramatic protests. He took her hand and sat back on the quilt, taking her with him.
She could hear the bag rattling and she panicked, rearing up and trying to climb off his knee but she was held tight. “No, I don't want that thing.” She said around her soapy mouth. “Hush.” The brush clapped off her already sore bottom making her squeal.

By the Skin of My Teeth…Saturday Spankings!
Today for Saturday Spankings I’m going to continue on from last week. (Just for something completely different…sorry for being boring lol) Tyler is in the middle of spanking Whitney at the camping ground.
“I can't...help it!” she spluttered between ragged breaths. “It hurts!”
“Of course it hurts!”
“Stop Tyler please.” she wailed. “I'm sorry...I cursed...I'm sorry about... your mother.” His hand was still falling with hard rapid fire spanks.
“Good.”
“I won't do it again! Ever!” She held her breath. The smacks had stopped suddenly. Was he finished?
“No you won't. Stand up.”
Whitney scrambled to her feet, her eyes never leaving Tyler's as he got the soap that he'd bought out of the bag he'd brought from the car. Her eyes widened and she shook her head. “No.”

Time Again For Saturday Spankings
This week I’m continuing on from where I left off last week with His Firm Guidance. I hope you like it. Getting in a little early this week so I don’t end up in the Principal’s office. Off to my four year old granddaughter’s birthday party.
Even though she knew she was in trouble, it was comforting to lay across Tyler's warm lap. She folded her arms on the soft fabric and lay down her head allowing her eyes to drift closed for a brief few seconds. Her breath caught as her skirt slowly rose up her legs and thighs until finally a cool rush of air wafted across her vulnerable cheeks making her shiver. She wasn't cold for long. A warm hand skimmed over her bottom and then squeezed so hard it almost hurt. The first spank took her breath away with it's intensity leaving her speechless but when the second hit she found her voice. Expletives a pirate would be proud of burst out of her mouth one after the other.
“Enough!” Tyler blurted with an extra hard spank to each quivering pink cheek.

Lucy Appleby Is On My Blog Today!
Today I’m so excited to introduce you to the multi talented Lucy Appleby! Welcome Lucy!
Hi Constance
Thank you for inviting me – I'm delighted to be here. :)
What got me interested in writing?
It goes way back. I was always scribbling down stories as a kid, and just before I went to University I sent off a manuscript to two publishers. The first one rejected it and the second one did too! But the good news was that they commissioned me to write for their list. So over the years I've had seven books for children published, and later on in life came eight business books and two scientific and technical reports – all of these from mainstream publishers, and all hard copy.
That's all very well, but what about the spanky stuff?! I began writing spanking stories around 2000 and I've been writing them ever since!
Some of your readers might know me by the handle flopsybunny (cute, eh?) but I decided to use a different name for my commercial works. I write general spanking stories/novella's as Lucy Appleby and I also use the pen name Abigail Armani for my more romantic titles. I currently have 28 ebooks by Lucy Appleby (M/F and F/M orientations) and 6 by Abigail Armani (all M/F).
Recent Releases
The Bad Boy story Book was so popular I decided to bring out another volume. Volume 2 was released in August, and is packed with F/M stories. A huge thank you to my talented friend RedRump for his cover artwork. http://www.lsfpublications.com/index....
Prior to that comes another title for F/M lovers. Horrible Aunt Harriet & her Nephew is a humorous rite-of-passage story between a misbehaving nephew and his strict aunt. Aunt Harriet is a real character. She isn't based on anyone I know, but I have her in my head and I know that underneath the strict exterior she's a pussycat! http://www.lsfpublications.com/index....
A more sexy, sultry tale is The Postmistress and the Gardener, which tells of a developing relationship between the dominant post mistress Vanessa Pascal, and a handsome hunk of a gardener who eagerly submits as he learns new and darkly decadent pleasures. The cover is amazing – a huge thank you to the Goddess Sophia for allowing me to use her stunning image. http://www.lsfpublications.com/index....
Personal Favourites
The Beachcomber's Love is definitely a favourite. It is a romance, set on the east coast of England around the picturesque Robin Hood's Bay and Runswick Bay. I never get tired of visiting those places and once spent a week in a little cottage in Robin Hood's Bay. http://www.lsfpublications.com/index....
I'm also quite taken with The Suitcase Man. Anyone looking for a hot romance will enjoy the delicious charms of The Suitcase Man, who finds his way inside the heads of countless women to unearth their secret fantasies … which he then seeks to fulfil! Ohhhhh … yum! http://www.lsfpublications.com/index....
I love pigs! I really do! Muriel and the Pig! is a tale to show the fun side of spanking. Muriel persuades her husband to let her have one of those sweet little miniature tea-cup sized piggies as a pet. They are very expensive though, so she spends the pig money on new clothes and uses what's left to buy a much cheaper pig – which grows to be absolutely enormous and eats everything in sight! It goes without saying that Muriel gets a spanking! http://www.lsfpublications.com/index....
My Cowboy Collection
I love cowboys even more than pigs! I created (as Abigail Armani) the Love on a Ranch series. There are three titles so far and more planned – all featuring big strong sexy cowboys and their women. The first book in the series is The Texas Rancher and the English Rose. Alpha male Hank Armstrong meets Rose while he is on vacation in England and the two fall madly in love … though their relationship isn't without obstacles.
http://www.lsfpublications.com/index.php?id=60
The second book in this series is My Texas Cowboy. Here we have Rose, now engaged to Hank, and staying at the Armstrong ranch in Texas. But someone conspires to keep the two apart ...http://www.lsfpublications.com/index.php?id=75
The Cattle Rustler's Bride is next. It tells the story of Cindy, who has come to Texas for the wedding of Rose and Hank. While the happy couple are away on honeymoon, Cindy has adventures, romance and intrigue of her own, fuelled by the enigmatic cowboy Luke Daniels. However, it seems Luke has a secret that Cindy is determined to reveal … http://www.lsfpublications.com/index....
Coming Soon
There are three new titles from Lucy Appleby: The Spanking Tent; The Housekeeper; and Amanda and the Policeman. (I have a thing about a man in uniform;) All of these will be released during the next few weeks. There are two forthcoming books from Abigail Armani - Country Loving; and Tales of Discipline with Love.
Plus in collaboration with Geraldine Hillis, Angela Stone and J Wackford Colton is The Curiosity Shop (which has just been released)
http://www.lsfpublications.com/index.php?id=166
Country Loving
This is a romantic and fun tale about Dotty and Grant, and here is a little taster. I hope you like it!
Grant stared icily at this strange rambling woman on his doorstep, wondering how he could possibly get rid of her.
"George isn't a person," she explained. "Fancy you thinking he was! Though I'm convinced he thinks he is a real person at times! George is a rooster. And he's gone missing, the bad boy."
"What - a bloody chicken?!"
"He most certainly isn't a chicken. He's a rooster. He used to come down here on visits, when Mr Palmer lived here. They were very good friends."
"Look, I'm sorry, but I haven't seen a rooster round here. I..."
"Ssssssh - listen. I hear him! George!" called Dotty. "Come on, Georgie! Chuck chuck chuck."
To Grant's amazement, an answering call sounded from his back garden. Blasted rooster! It had better not be digging up my vegetable plot, he thought as he opened a small side gate that led round the back of the house. Dotty followed him, clucking madly. The woman was clearly nuts. And there, rootling about in the flower beds, trampling on the dahlias, was George. Grant stared at George. George stared back and waved his russet tail feathers. There was a look of murderous intent in his beady little eyes. He suddenly lunged forward and pecked Grant on the ankle.
"OW! Bastard bird!" yelled Grant, rubbing his ankle.
"It's only a little nip. You'll be fine," said Dotty.
"Only a little nip? Darn animal almost had my bloody leg off," snarled Grant. "Let me get my hands on it - I'll throttle it then casserole it."
"Throttle and casserole my George?! I don't think so," huffed Dotty. "You obviously don't know anything about roosters. He's only being friendly."
"Oh I see - friendly, is he? So what's this nasty red stuff trickling into my sock?"
"It's just a little drop of blood. Don't be a baby," said Dotty dismissively. She stooped down and began crawling on her hands and knees, clucking and cajoling the rooster.
Grant was about to let fly with a torrent of abuse, but at the sight of the well proportioned bottom swaying and wobbling about in front of his eyes, the words dried up in his throat. It was almost a year since he had spanked a bottom, and the one jiggling before him presented a very tempting target. His palm began to itch.
Work in ProgressI have a huge list! It's all a bit daunting, but can also be fun and rewarding. And, since my partner and I set up LSF Publications in January this year, we have released 150 books with another 25 or so scheduled for release over the coming weeks – so life is very busy indeed!
Thanks so much Constance for letting me share these bits and pieces with you and your readers. I really appreciate it.

Thank YOU Lucy, I loved having you! Please come back anytime :)
