NYT Deceives About UN SecGen’s Answer to Whether US Bombing of Syria Would Violate UN Charter
In this case, the deception is to suggest that U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon declined to answer whether the U.S. use of force against Syria would violate the U.N. Charter, thus leaving it an open question to readers who do not already know the answer.
